Open a new image 650 x 650 and flood fill white.
Copy and paste the round word art from the kit as a new layer.
Now copy and paste the scalloped frame as a new layer and resize this to 80%.
Copy and paste one of the larger shamrocks from the kit as a new layer and
Resize 70%. Adjust - sharpness - sharpen.
Now copy and paste your chosen tube as a new layer above the round scalloped frame,
duplicate your tube and place one below your scalloped frame so now you have one above and one below.
On the bottom tube, apply a drop shadow of your choice then click onto the top tube and erase any part of the tube that overlaps the frame.
By doing this, it should give you a nice clean edge as if your tube is coming out of the frame.
Next click onto your white background layer, add a new layer and flood fill with a colour of your choice. Apply Mask WSL21 to this layer.
Hide all layers apart from your mask layer, duplicate your mask layer and then merge them together.
This is just to have a darker mask layer so that the animation shows up better but it’s up to you if you want to keep it lighter.
Unhide the rest of your layers now.
Add any extra embellishments from the kit as you like. I used the leafy vine and the emerald brooch.
Now apply your name and copyright.
To Animate
Go to edit - copy merged and paste your complete tag into AS.
Now go back to PSP, click onto your mask layer and then go to Image - free rotate and rotate to the right by 15. Make sure “all layers” is unchecked.
Again edit - copy merged and paste into AS.
Repeat this another 5 times.
You should now have a total of 6 frames in AS.
Edit - Select all - animation - animation properties - opaque white.
Save as a GIF file and you’re done.
I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial and found it easy to understand.
