

This tutorial was written in PSP XI but can be done in any version.
Supplies Needed
Tube of your choice - I’m using the beautiful artwork of Zindy S.D Nielson.
You need a license to use Zindy’s work which is available from MPT
Flower accent by Rainbow Coffi - Download HERE
Plugin: Xenofex 2 Constellation
Font of choice - I used Stephanie Marie. I can’t share this as it’s a paid font.

Open a new image 600 x 600 and flood fill white.
Choose a colour from your tube and set this as your background colour.
Take your elipse tool - background colour from your tube - foreground null.
Hold down your shift key and draw a largish circle in on your canvas.
Object - align - centre in canvas - conver to raster layer.
Give your circle some texture if you wish.
Open the flower accent by Rainbow Coffi - copy and paste onto your canvas as
a new layer and place this at the left top of your circle - drop shadow.
Duplicate your flower accent - image mirror.
Duplicate it again - image flip.
Duplicate it again - image mirror
You should now have a total of 4 flower accents going around your circle.
Hide all your layers except for the flowers - merge visible.
Unhide all layers.
Next copy and paste your tube as a new layer - drop shadow.
If you are using a half body tube like in the example below,
duplicate your tube and drag the bottom copy below your flowers
and then click back onto your top copy and erase the part of the tube that overlaps
the flowers.
Add your name and copyright.
To Animate
Click onto your flowers layer and duplicate twice for a total of 3.
Go to your first flowers layer and apply Xenofex 2 Constellation with the following settings.

Click onto your second flowers layer and again apply the constellation with the same
Settings but hit random speed.
Repeat this for your 3rd flowers layer.
Now cross out your two top flowers layers and click onto the first.
Edit - copy merged - paste into Animation shop
Cross out the first layer and uncross the second.
Edit - copy merged - paste into animation shop.
Repeat this for the third flowers layer.
In animation shop select - animation - animation properties - opaque white.
Animation - frame properties - set to 30.
Save as a gif file and you’re done!
