Wolf Team Xperts is formed as a C&C Renegade gaming clan to provide fun for its members.


» SECTION I- Formation Of Command

WEL is formed with High Command Staff (HC), of which share the overall power of the clan. The Head Command consist of the Commander In Chief & Vice Commander In Chief of the clan. They have complete control of the whole fleet and has the power of all officers but still must continue to show respect to everyone. Also a Lower Management known as Commissioned Officers is appointed. A staff of Warrant Officers & Enlisted officers are also part of the command staff but doesn't share the over all power as the High Command.

» A- Head Command
The Head Command (HDC) consist of the Clan Leaders. The Commander In Chief & Vice Commander In Chief. They have full power over the WTX clan and are responsible for keep stability and justice in the clan and also leading the clan to victory.

» B- High Command
The High Command Staff consists of the Clan Commanders (Generals) which are responsible for the day-to-day operations of WTX. The General of The Army (GTA) is the clan's second officer in charge behind the Vice Commander In Chief. The GTA is responsible for leading the clan in battle and to victory in times of war.

» C- Commissioned Officers
The Commissioned Officers aka Commanding Officers are responsible for making sure everyone is doing their job in the clan and to assist the High Command if required. Commanding Officers must also keep on eye on suspicious things going around in the clan and may be required to lead a clan in times of war if none of the High Command attends a battle.


» SECTION II- General Conduct

Below are rules that all WTX Officers and/or Crew have to adhere. If at any time an officer breaks one of these rules- then the officer who the offence has been towards may be sent to the BRIG by the High Command Staff and temporary suspend that officer according to the JAG info.

* Category 3 Offences: (Handled By HC)
Article 1 - Acts Unbecoming an Officer and Gentleman.
Article 2 - Spamming.
Article 3 - Prolonged Unapproved Leave.
Article 4 - Disrespect To A Superior Officer.

Article 1. Acts Unbecoming an Officer and Gentleman.

A. Gentleman. As used in this article, "gentleman" includes both male and female officers. Respect everyone in the fleet and dont cuss out a fellow officer.

B. Nature of offence. Conduct violative of this article is action or behavior in an official capacity which, in dishonoring or disgracing the person as an officer, seriously compromises the officer's character as a gentleman, or action or behavior in an unofficial or private capacity which, in dishonoring or disgracing the officer personally, seriously compromises the person's standing as an officer. There are certain moral attributes common to the ideal officer and the perfect gentleman, a lack of which is indicated by acts of dishonesty, unfair dealing, indecency, indecorum, lawlessness, injustice, or cruelty. Not everyone is or can be expected to meet unrealistically high moral standards, but there is a limit of tolerance

Article 2. Spamming.

A. Nature of offence. Any person posting more then twice about a given topic, posting more then twice in the same thread in a row less then 5 hours apart shall be charged with this account. You make 3 posts in a row if it is the next day or if you need to bump the thread to the top to assure others will read. Otherwise please edit the post.

Article 3. Prolonged Unapproved Leave

A. Nature of offence. An Officer who is absent from the boards without permission or prior authorization and fails to report to their Department Head for 15 days will be moved to the inactive member list and an officer will be assigned temporary command to the position if one is left vacant. After 30 days you will be considered to have terminated your position in the clan and will cease to be a clan member.

Article 4. Disrespect Towards a Superior Officer

Nature of offence. Willfully disobeys the lawful order of an officer; or treats with contempt or is disrespectful in language or deportment toward an officer while that officer is in the execution of official duties shall be punished.

Article 1. Insubordination.

A. Nature of offence. Insubordination may be described as resistance to or defiance of authority, disobedience, refusal or failure to obey reasonable and lawful instructions, insolence, rudeness, and rebellious or mutinous behavior.

B. The characteristics present in insubordination would be a willful, verbal refusal of instructions, willful disregard of department authority, disrespect, rudeness, rebelliousness or disobedient gestures, manner or attitude, dismissive gestures, abusive language, addressing commanding officer in a disrespectful manner.

Article 2. Misuse / Abuse Of Rank

A. Nature of offence. Any officer found using their rank to intimidate another clan member or for personal gain.

Article 3. Discrimination

A. Nature of offence. Treating one person differently than another based on factors unrelated to ability or potential. It is unlawful in many circumstances to discriminate between persons based on their age, disability, sex, or national origin.

Article 4. Bearing False Witness / Lying

A. Nature of offence. Making false statements under oath, make an untrue statement with intent to deceive, or to create a false or misleading impression.

B. Members making up stories to do with thier (or others) personal life.

Article 5. Flaming

A. Nature of offence. To criticize harshly.

B. To get into an argument or debate in an area of the board not specified for that reason.

Article 1. Spying

A. Nature of offence. To watch secretly usually for hostile purposes.

Article 2. Hacking

A. Nature of offence. To gain access to a computer or server illegally without owner's or administrators permission.

Article 3. Treason

A. Nature of offence. The offense of attempting, by overt acts, to overthrow the command or fleet to which the offender owes allegiance.

Article 4. Cheating

A. Nature of offence. To violate rules dishonestly. We do not believe in cheat codes, hacks, mods or any other utility that will give you the upper (or lower) hand in a game unless you are in the game's single player mode and you are not "online".

Article 5. Poaching

A. Nature of offence. To poach within the WTX clan is to convince someone to leave their clan in order to join yours.

If at any time an officer of WTX breaks 3 (or more) of the rules he or she could be sent to the BRIG.
Here are some guidelines for the Violated Offenses In Category 3 of Section II. (Which are handled by HC & HDC)

* 1st Offence: Warning
* 2nd Offence: 30 Days Probation
* 3rd Offence: Demotion 1 Rank with 30 Days Probation
* 4th Offence: Expulsion

*Note: If another offense is made during probation it will be moved to Expulsion
**Note: warnings will last 21 days upon which they will become null and void

Standard Guidelines for Category 2: (Handled By HC & HDC)

* 1st: Warning with 14 Days Probation

Standard Guidelines for Category 1: (Handled By HC & HDC)

* 1st (and thereafter): Suspension from Clan, until trial is complete


» SECTION III B- Arrest And Bail

If a person is placed under arrest, he or she may (or someone on their behalf) may pay Bail to have them released from the BRIG. Fleet CO & XO sets bail ammount. This is a guideline for the amount of bail to pay (paid by posts count)

* One Category 3 Offense: None - Cannot be held in brig for a Category 3 Offense
* One Category 2 Offense: 50 posts
* Two Category 2 Offenses: 150 posts
* Three or more Category 2 Offenses: 400 posts
* One Category 2 Offense & One Category 1 Offense: 650 posts
* Two Category 2 Offenses & One Category 1 Offense: 1000 posts
* Three (or more) Category 2 Offenses & two (or more) Category 1 Offenses: 1300 posts
* One Category 1 Offense: 500 Posts
* Two Category 1 Offenses: 1000 Posts
* Three or more Category 1 Offenses: 2000 Posts

To Shorten It In Half: 500 Rations
To Dissolve All Of The Probation: 1000 Rations

*All members of WTX have the right to an appeal. An officer may appeal when:

A: An order from any officer in the clan;
If a WTX member does not agree with a HC decision, that member must formally lodge an appeal with the Fleet XO & CO. The XO & CO will then bring the appeal at the earliest moment to the whole clan to make a vote decision. If the vote is FOR the appeal then the XO will contact the CO who will then decide to grant or dismiss the appeal. Until the CIC has made the decision, the HC order will stay in effect.

B: Has had a JAG Trial, and feels the judgment was either to extreme, or did not go against the Fleet Constitution. There are some pros and cons to an appeal. The Appeal process is not a toy and in order to convey that there are strict penalties. If you win an appeal case, then the original ruling can be either modified, or repealed. If you in turn lose an appeal case, additional penalties can be added to the original ruling, or no changes can be made.


» SECTION IV- Diplomacy

Wolf Team Xperts clan shall have a diplomacy department, to conduct and control the external affairs of WTX. WTX shall support 3 different Diplomacy Pacts

*NAP - Non Aggression Pact: WEL and "X" Fleet Will Not Fire Aggressively Upon One Another

*MPP - Mutual Protection Pact: WEL shall vote to aid a Clan in time of War, but ONLY if that Clan was declared War on, and NOT the Clan declaring War. We cannot aide if that other clan has a pact of some sort with us - we shall remain neutral.

*FA - Full Alliance: We shall aide "X" clan in time of war, even if it is with a MPP or NAP clan, we shall shear Intel and security info when requested. Furthermore we shall take one another's requests with great thought no matter the request.

NOTE: Full Alliances MUST be approved by the CIC

*NEUTRAL: We have made contact but (as yet or not applicable) have no formal relations with Clan "X". This does not include, nor preclude, the sharing of resources or Intelligence.

» SECTION V- Joining The WTX Clan

All members wishing to join WTX must have MSN Messenger, and post an oath in the oath forum. All oaths must read exactly like this:

I, {ALIAS HERE} , do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the War Eagles of Liberty against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the Commander In Chief & Vice-Commander In Chief and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Fleet Constitution.

It will then be approved or denied by a High Command Officer. All new members (of WTX) must attend the Academy for a minimum period of 7 days. At some point (to be decieded by the Academy Staff) they will take a test to show what they have learned. Both that test and a trainers report will be submitted to the VCIC or CIC office.

If you are a returning officer (have served in WTX before) and it is felt unnecessary, you may not be required to be in the academy for any length of time.

1. Any member of WTX shall and can not be in more then one clan, fleet, and gaming group that has something to do with C&C Renegade.

2. Adding or amending items to the Fleet Constitution:
Any modification must be approved by the CIC.

3. Promotions

A. All new members to the clan will be given the rank of "Cadet" and will keep that rank until they have graduated from the academy. Upon which they will be given the rank ranging from Private - Crewman depending on the Warrant Officers determination.

B. If you are coming from another clan your rank will be determined by the HC and HDC with your recruiter and trainer.

C. All members must spend a minimum of 2 - 4 weeks before becoming eligible for the next promotion.

D. People may be recommended for a promotion. Just PM the Fleet XO and we will take that into account when the next promotions come up.

E. Any member of the HC may meritoriously promote an officer of any rank to up to two ranks at any time. For example a Commander can be promoted to either a Senior Commander or a Wing Commander. The Executive Council may veto a promotion by majority vote.

F. Promotions are based on clan activity, gaming knowledge in your field, participation in you division, department participation, and personnel character. The better you are the higher you will be promoted. Lack of participation could result in demotion.

G. If you are a returning officer (have served in WTX before) and it is felt unnecessary, you may not be required to be in the academy for any length of time. The CIC will determine the rank to be issued up to Colonel.

4. Promoting To High Command
Only the CIC can promote officers to the ranks of High Command. At present there can only be a maximum of 5 High Command units plus the General of the Army, but this can be changed by the CIC or Lower rank officers majority vote.

» SECTION VII- Clan Matches & War
 
1. The General of the Army must be in every clan match and war in order to lead the clan in battle. There must be a battle report for every clan match and war that occured over WTX

2. You can not, I repeat can not have your own clan match without the CIC & VCIC knowing. There are no personal clan matches allowed in the fleet.

» SECTION VIII- Personal Clan Issues

A. Leave Of Absense

1. If a clan member is to be inactive for more then seven days he must request leave in the appropriate forums. You must post the date and time that you wish to leave and come back along with why you are going on leave. The reason of leave may remain confidential if you wish but should be known by the HDC.

2. Upon return the clan member will make a new post stating that they have returned and are active once more. If the member cannot make it back before the date of return then a request of extension can be made. If you are not able to make an extension request, HC will discuss the situation and make a decision based on the findings.

3. All leave requests will be processed immediately.

B. Resignations

1. If you choose to resign from [WTX] as a member you will post in the oath forum your name, current rank, any positions that you currently hold, and a short description of your reason to leave.

NOTE: Flaming will not be tolerated in the resignation post. If that is the case, the post will be deleted immediately and you will be banned from the forums indefinitely.

2. When you resign you only have a time frame of 48 hours to repeal. If you do choose to repeal, you will return to your old rank and position if it is still open.

C. Rank

You must always follow orders coming from a higher ranked officer and not question or argue them. If an order seems immoral or unjust then you may contact a member of HC & HDC with the order givin. That member of HC & HDC will then make a decision of what to do with the situation.
