HELP US TO MAKE THE DREAM COME TRUE

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!
Realizing the dream of building and equipping a museum such as the CHC requires support from a variety of sources. The major benefactors currently involved with this massive project are : the non-profit The Way We Were Foundation, the Carentan Historical Center SARL, the city of Carentan and the Department of the Manche.
The concept of erecting a WWII airborne museum was born twenty years ago in the fertile minds of three passionate military historians - Michel DeTrez, Emmanuel Allain and Frederic Fourquemin. Today, this dream is becoming a reality. This noble project has the support of the city of Carentan, the Manche region, the French government and the European community as a whole.
However, we still need to raise additional funds, and for this we must rely on donations from the public.
Please consider making a monetary donation to help us as we work to build our dream - the Carentan Historical Center museums. Your donations not only make it possible for us to construct and maintain the world's most attractive and educational airborne museum, but will also help us to meet our deadline of a June, 2007, grand opening.
This museum complex is an historical experience designed to present the visitor with an insightful perspective of the events from this momentous time, and their resultant impact on the history of the past half century.

Our goal is to educate future generations to the dedication and sacrifices of those who fought and died that Europe may be free. We will ensure that those gallant men who made the supreme sacrifice on European soil, during the greatest conflict ever known to man, are never forgotten. Though they are not here today, to tell us their stories themselves, it will be our sacred trust to speak for them.

AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION,
ALL DONATIONS TO THE CHC ARE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE
