Dog 6 USMC

Dog 6 USMC The man Himself
Dog 6 USMC has attended Normandy over many years, every time paying his respects to The Veterans and identifying the soul and purpose of some of the aspects of war that do not appear as evident to the occasional passer by but rather to the man with the open mind. The stories, beginings, and endings with significant lessons in every step to be discovered and acknowledged. To experience a world isolated from the present day structure and thoughts, a world to which people experience and cannot describe the sensations and feelings that come with new found realisations. What you make believe and visualise to be a normal field with the birds passing by and the seasonal farming veichle engine echoing through the countryside, the present day activity, is something Dog 6 USMC see's through and encourages others to understand the actions that once took place there, beneath the layers of time. In other places such as The western sector of Omaha Beach next to the village of verville sur-mer. Where it is quiet and the waves combine into a natural harmony, it is a pure contrast to the man-made, steel and iron that once tore through anything in its path, with such an aggression that un-forgetable, this contrast does nothing but hinder the mind from realiseing the past of the beach and all the stories that were born and lost from the men that once ran upon the grains of sand and brushed with the waves of the sea. Beneath the present peace lays the anquish from which this peace was born and bred.
