Clan Match: Battle the Bobs
We battled the Bobs today (Saturday. March 22) and won both games.
Clan of Wolves:
- Druid Wolf 32 (stopping the flag carrier at his own goal, can you say Shotty? )
- RA1S1N (he doesn't wanna die! but he does wanna snipe)
- JewishSanta911 (on B.net it calls him Pardon Our Dust, no idea why)
- SCONZY (Mr. Flag Cap)
Clan of Bobs:
- Devozade (Colonel Grade 2)
- Thunderjam0 (Commander Grade 2)
- KaiQom (Brigadier Grade 1)
- Bark0de (Brigadier Grade 2)
Game 1: Multi-Flag on The Pit (<<<Click for Bungie.net Stats)
It started out a little slow, but soon us Wolves were able to get a Flag cap...and then another Flag cap. After that, the Bobs started to work together a little better and managed to grab our Flag and take it back to their base without much resistance. By this time we knew we had to just end it so RA1S1N once again headed over to their tower and subdued them with Sniper fire. We grabbed the Flag and took it back via Rocket Hallway, and that was the end of the first game. The Bobs chose Assault Rifle start so we were a little disapointed about not spawning with our favorite weapon, the Battle Rifle.
RA1S1N, "Don't kill me! No! Aaaaaah! I don't wanna die!" RA1S1N kept yelling things like that into his mic all game. Actually, he went +9 that game so maybe telling the enemies not to kill you does work? RA1S1N had some sweet sniping and a wicked no-scope on Bark0de (who then went back to get revenge on RA1S1N), but SCONZY was doing all the capping while we covered him. The first time they almost scored was when they were taking the Flag to their base and the carrier was within a foot of scoring when I (after disposing of one of his teammates) went to his face with a shotgun and returned the flag from his own goal. JewishSanta911 was also there providing plenty of support fire.
Game 2: MLG TS v4 on MLG Guardian v4 (<<<Click for Bungie.net Stats)
We came, we saw, we won 50-42. Not much to tell about this game. We all got a lot of kills and a lot of assists along with 'em. RA1S1N started off a little slow but ended the game with 15 kills and a +4 K/D. I also got 15 kills and a +6 K/D, but SCONZY and JewishSanta911 provided the necessary frags and assists so me and RA1S1N could finish with headshots or our friend, the Battle Rifle. We've played a lot of this before so the game flowed pretty smoothly except in the begining when the Bobs got a lead at first, which we shrunk down and overcame. The game was pretty closely matched.
We also played some Matchmaking with Devozade and Thunderjam0 afterward.
Final Score: 2-0, Wolves Win!
