All member should follow these rules:

Section I - Core Codes:

1. Members should be active (Enlisted should login in at least twice every 7 days).

2. Members should follow the commands of their supperiors.

3. Members will not play UMS (Use map settings) or money maps excessively.

4. Members must respect one and other in the clan.

5. Members must not cheat or use hacks in any games.

6. Members must not backstab or comp. stomp for wins excessively (NEVER backstab your own clan members!).

7. Members must be honest about the information they put into their profiles.

8. Members should contribute to the clan in whatever way they can.

9. Members should make posts in the CLAN FORUM regularly (At least once a week).

10. Members should report any infractions of the clan rules to a General or Commander (Please provide proof - screen shots, saved chats or games, and or witnesses).

11. Members must earn rank and medals correctly (Unless otherwise instructed).

12. Members should respect allied clan members.

13. Members should NOT use racist remarks excessively.

14. Members should not promote other clan members unless they have qualified for thier promotion.

15. Members should not abuse their BOT privileges.

16. Members will use their account with the G]enocide TAG as thier main Battle.net account.

17. Members must use their clan account while they are present in the clan channel.

18. Members must be a part of only one clan: Clan G]enocide!

Section II - Disciplinary Actions:

1. Recruits must login to Bnet at least once out of thier 2 day training period to avoid disablement.

2. Enlisted must login twice every 7 days to avoid a demotion and or disablement.

3. Officers will be demoted ONE rank every day after 5 that they fail to login. Officers will be disabled after 7 days.

4. Generals will begin to lose rank after 4 days and will be disabled after 6 days.

5. Commanders will begin to lose rank after 3 days and will be disabled after 5.

6. All membes must have a valid G]enocide Clan account on Battle.net or they are subjec to disablement.

7. Members found abusing their power are entitled to any punishment they receive including disablement.

8. Members found using hacks are entitled to disablement from the clan.

9. Members found disrespecting an allied clan member are subject to a demotion and or disablement.

10. Supplying false information in your profile is subject to a demotion/ discharge after one warning.

11. Disrespecting a higher ranking clan member is subject to punishment if evidence is supplied.

12. Asking for promotions/ medals is strictly prohibited, it can warrant demotion.

13. Disrespecting the clan or members is subject to a demotion.

14. Members found in two clans will be disabled immediately.

15. Members found making racist remarks excessively will be demoted or even discharged from the clan.

Section III - Protocal:

Generals-                                                                                   

Must have at least THREE other Generals' or ONE Commader's consent before promoting a member to any General rank.  There is a one week period between each promotion (Minimum).  Posting news that does not pertain to the clan as a whole is subject to a demotion after one warning.  Only Generals and Commanders are allowed to Declare wars and or alliances.  All members must have a valid web link (Clan web link) in their profile.

Bot Privileges (Basic Rules)-     

Those with Access Level 50 will have partial banning abilities, as they will require a vote or concensus thereof.  Those with Access Level 60 willl have full banning abilities.  Those with Access Level 70+ will have a large range of commands (abilites); however, one should be advised to use this power wisely.

Sergeants to First Sergeants-

Have the ability to initiate members into the clan only if approved by a Brigadier General or higher.

Sergeant Majors-

Have the ability to initate members into the clan (does not require a Genreal's or Commander's approval).  Note: Sergeant Majors have Access Level 50 (Limited banning ability).

Enlisted Recruit Bonus-

For every two well skilled and approved members you recruit, you will gain one stripe of rank within the enlisted ranks.

Warrant Officer's Duties-

Have the ability to Recruit (initiate) people into the clan.  Can kick or ban people from the clan channel (Limited banning ability).

Officer's Duties-

Have the ability to Promote members, post news on the clan web site (Regarding Political affairs and Morale/ Conduct of troops).  Can kick or ban people from the clan channel as they see fit.

General's Duties-

Have the ability to Promote members, post news on the clan web site (Regarding Political affairs and Morale/ Conduct of troops), and also have full access to Clan G]enocide's TOP SECRECT ARCHIVES (Acess Level 70+ required).  Can kick or ban people from the clan channel as they see fit, discharge members from the clan, DECLARE or wage war on other clans, and may form alliances as well.  May award or remove medals as they see fit.

Commander's Duties-

May promote and recruit members, post news on the site, kick or ban people from the clan channel as they see fit, demote members and or discharge members from the clan, add or remove clans from the diplomacy page, obtain passwrods with members' permissions, award or remove medals, add or remove events on calendar (BOT's idle messages), promote members to any rank, and may change the recruitment status (Opened or Closed).
