This is my personal webpage to house the things that interest me and hopefully you. This site is mainly about wasting time and entertaining yourself and others. If you think you have something to offer Civi's site, like book, movie, or game reviews, rants about life, your artwork or anything else you think should be up here, mail me or post on the forums and I'll take a look, you will receive credit and retain legal ownership of course and I'll take it down at any time per your request, but try to keep it reasonably clean and legal so I can put it up. ;)
We have a large ASCII art gallery that houses the best ASCIIists that the GameFAQs Message boards has to offer.
We also have "the archive" for miscellaneous rants, reviews, stories, and other things that I don't have enough of to give it its own section.
...And last, but not least, we have the wasted hours forums. Here you can talk to others about your life and anything that you care about.
Updates and News
08-27-04 12:33 AM | One front page update a month?... OH NOES!
Well, one guy who comes here, (I think I'll call you Larry), I have finally gotten used to my job and school has started back etc. etc.
I finally got around to watching the rest of the Hellsing Anime. It kind of left something to be desired in my opinion. Hopefully they will make a second season or a movie or something. Now onto Serial Experiments Lain, Love Hina, or Excel saga! ...Or I could finish listening to the original Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy radio show... Each option is very enticing.
Who wants to know the things that I'm waiting for? No one? How 'bout I tell you anyway? Games: The new Legend of Zelda game for GameCube, WWE: Road to Retribution, and Super smash brothers melee 2. Television / Movies: Case Closed season 2, and the HHGTTG movie. That's all that comes to mind now anyway.
And remember that FAQ my brother was working on? I finally broke down and finished it for him. It's in the Archive just incase you get stuck on Tak for the GBA, Larry. I don't know how that would happen though. The game is incredibly easy and shouldn't be bought in the first place.
Alright, that's all I got. Here's hoping posting this won't screw the entire site up like it has in the past!
One last closing thought? I wish it was Christmas.

07-31-04 4:08 AM | So... tired.
Oh man, sorry for the lack of updates one person who comes here. Anyway...
I've been working on a walkthrough for a game for about four months and I just called it done! Yay? That thing has been a thorn in my side for so long... well, not a thorn really, more like a bug flying around in my skull. You see, about four months ago, me and my brother and sister all decided to write a FAQ for different games and collect the GameFAQs bounty on them and use that money to buy a game. Seemed like a good plan. The only problems were 1) my brother seems to lack any writing skills. 2) my sister started writing a FAQ for the wrong game. and 3) by the time I was done, GameFAQs removed my game from the bounty list. =/ So none of us got anything. But hey, I got to keep a great site lie GameFAQs up and running so that something I guess. I'm putting that whole thing behind me now.
Now that I don't have to think about the FAQ, (which I have been thinking about the whole time), I can finally get back to updating the site and doing some much needed glitch fixing. The sections that need to be updated: all of them. =/
I would like to add a quote section a little later on though. Quotes have also been interesting to me. They give insight on the world.
It's after 4 AM here, so if the above paragraphs didn't make sense, it's not you. It's the one-eyed, one winged, one horned purple people eater behind you.
07-14-04 4:44 PM An employed Civi is a Civi with less free time.
I got my first job last week so my free time has gone down significantly, but it shouldn't affect my site any if at all (unless I buy a new web domain).
It seems the ASCII section of my site is the most updated, the most popular, and the most time consuming section I have.
Just because I haven’t been updating doesn’t mean I’ve lost interest!
I have been updating, I just haven’t been posting the result on the first page!

Anyway... I retook my written driver’s test for the third magnificent time today so that I can jump through the “I don’t want to pay $85 a month but I still want to drive” loophole and, of course, in true Civi style, I was two questions away from not passing!
I also got my Stanford academic skills test back a few days ago and it turns out I’m above average in every category except spelling. Since I’ve been loafing for the past 10 months and I thought I completely choked on the math section, this came as quite a shock to me. It also got me thinking, “You know Civ?, if you can loaf for six months and still out perform 90% of the people in your age group, you need to share your secrets with the world and make some cash!”
So all you guys lookout for my new self-help book, “A pro’s guide to success through loafing”.
