The Band is committed to provide help, encouragement and tuition to all members and learners in order to advance the standard of the Band's music at all levels.

It is the Band's wish to recruit more players, both pipers and drummers. Experience would be welcome however newcomers of either sex and of any age who cannot play are also desirable. Potential players must be prepared for the amount of patience, commitment and practice it takes to play the pipes or drums properly. With great effort will come immense rewards, not only for the individual but for the Band and the general public who watch and listen, therefore the Band will happily tutor those who are truly willing to learn.

Our main aim is to re-establish the Band once more in the piping world, to accomplish competition level and to hopefully secure the Band's prosperity for many years to come.
