The club was started in 1993 with a few members meeting in Florida rooms to learn more about computers and programs. Our group has grown to the point where we must meet at the Club House or Rec Hall to accomodate our membership. We are still informal at our meetings but encourage attendees to sign in at our meetings.
Until 2012, we focused entirely on PC's. We are now pleased to report that thanks to Clive Whitfield, there is an active Apple Interest group!
The Apple group in Citrus Park invites all owners of Apple Products to join them each Friday afternoon from 2:30-4:00 in the Clubhouse Annex for an informal interactive session of idea exchange and problem solving.
We present no lessons; each participant is both an instructor and learner. Through discussions with neighbors at the tables problems are solved and ideas presented. Small groups often form. Sometimes we need to split off to other areas, even homes.
Membership is free...simply show up. Could it be any easier? :-)
