Simone and Carol want to offer you their quaint apartment for rent, located in the heart of Tuscany just 3 miles/5 chilometers outside of Florence in the pretty little town of Grassina, in the Township of Bagno a Ripoli.  It is located in a quiet side street off the famous "Strada del vino Chianti:" the Chianti wine road, Via Chiantigiana.  

In less than 15 minutes from the apartment you arrive in Chianti and in 20 minutes you reach the famous Chianti town, Greve.  The apartment is located 5 minutes from the "Autostrada" entrance as well as the "Fi-Si" (Florence-Siena) highway, and in only one hour you can be in Siena or San Gimignano.   In 25 minutes by bus (bus stop is across the street and buses run until midnight) you can be in the city of Florence.  Or, you can drive into Florence and park in one of the many parking garages for the day.

So, if you are looking for a vacation house for short/long-term rental that is conveniently located in Tuscany, has all the amenities and comforts of home including satellite television and dsl wireless internet service, is fully furnished, has a washing machine and dishwasher, will sleep 2-4 people, has convenient parking and excellent public transportation, we offer the apartment for weekly and monthly rental, or for long-term (yearly contracts available).
