Back-Door Messiah? New L. Ron Hubbard Publishers Don't Mention Scientology >BR>By John DeSio, Wednesday, Oct. 1 2008 @ 3:51PM

[my letter to the Village Voice online article]

Chuck Beatty says:
I used to work at Author Services Inc, the organization in a senior position to Galaxy, in the "for profit" Scientology/L. Ron Hubbard "properties" business, and there's ONE Hubbard story upcoming that pretty much sums the whole ball of wax up. It will be the Galaxy Hubbard book called "One Was Stubborn" about a farmer who through his stubborn tenacity elevates himself into "God", and the end of the book the farmer is "free" to start his own universe from scratch. Well, this "One Was Stubborn" was written by Hubbard prior to the whole Dianetics/Scientology scam, and this short treasure story by Hubbard is kinda what Hubbard leads you with the whole spiel of Scienotlogy to believe that you someday will obtain for yourself, namely super-duper soul powers. Sadly, like his real fiction, which Galaxy is so kindly publishing, Hubbard's later whole subject of Scientology, is fantasy. Arthur C. Clarke, I paraphrase, said it best: "Hubbard was quite a good writer. But he went crazy and made a lot of other people go crazy." In the "upper" secret levels of Scientology you learn we all are infested with tens of thousands of dead space alien souls, each of us, and only Hubbard's Scientology spiritual therapy procedures, delivered telepathically by oneself, to exorcize oneself of these dead alien souls, will result in our spiritual freedom and potential return of our super soul powers! Like one of the anonymous young protestors observed and noted with their protest sign at an anti Scientology demonstration, "Tom Cruise can't fly." No Scientologists are proving their super soul abilities by freely flying out of their bodies at will! That's why in a nutshell it all comes back to Hubbard's science fiction fantasy writing being so significant. If anyone buys ANY of these Hubbard fiction Galaxy books, buy the "One Was Stubborn" book when it comes out! Chuck Beatty, ex Author Services Inc, staffer, 1992-1995.

Subject: Re: Debbie Cook, long time CO FSO, blew.

I think someone needs to do a sober cult research paper on the LONG list of senior Scientology Sea Organization executives who year after year, decade after decade, blow (escape/defect).

This is a sober real reason Scienotlogy is a cult.

god, I hope someone does a cult journal paper on just this simple fact alone.

Scientology's executives blow, month after month, year after year, and decade after decade.

The nature of the Sea Org bureaucracy is so 1984ish, that the leaders choose realistically and pragmatically to escape rather than endure the bullshit "routing out" procedures of signing self-incriminating departure admission legal docs/agreements and after submitting to endless security check interrogations where the executive's worst lifetime transgressions are re-stirred up and then laid out in the legal docs for them to sign.

There ought to be a sober scholarly paper just on the subject of "leaving the Sea Organization."

It is one of the unchanging reasons Scientology is a cult.

The systemic Hubbard rules dispicably cause mistreatment and injustices against the longest term contributing Sea Org members who slowly inevitably fail at playing Hubbard's fraud con operation. They uniformly choose to forgo the "routing out" procedure and instead escape abruptly without authorization (called blowing).

A protest sign with just the list of the most senior defectors of the last 10 years would be shocking.

Debbie Cook, long time Captain Flag Service Org.

That is BAD news and Clearwater anon protestors have to prominently have a protest sign with fact on it.

WHY DID DEBBIE COOK BLOW?

Posted comment at a Google Video of a David Mayo 1986 filmed talk.

I first saw David Mayo when he was Senior Case Supervisor Flag Service Org, in Dec 1975, at the Clearwater, Florida Scientology Flag Land Base. I was a lowly brand new Scientologist and TTC (Tech Training Corps) member of the FSO. I ulitmately failed as an auditor trainee, in Mar 1977, and became an admin staff training course supervisor. IN hindsight, seems David like all other faithful Scientology "ministers" or therapists, would have better lived their lives had they chosen to become legitimate therapists/psychologists. This film shows David's proclivity as a therapist and therapist trainer. In hindsight, one of the problems of a new age cult therapy like Hubbard's Scientology, is it draws genuinely good intentioned people who should have otherwise lived their lives in legitimate therapies. I'm sure David did good to lots of people. Too bad Scientology is just NEVER going to gain legitimacy, it doesn't deserve legitimacy. Best historically will be the borrowing of any of Scientology's therapy ideas that turn out to be profitable for therapists.

I wish Serge Gerbode, who is a trained psychologist, would at least write his thoughts to be published after Serge dies, about Serge's opinions of which of Hubbard's therapy ideas are legitimate and worth using or further development.

I can't even begin to think what trained professional psychologists think of Scientology/Hubbard's detailed detailed thousands of processes (sets of commands the therapist asks of the patient) in Scientology. It is mind boggling, how MUCH of the Hubbard outpouring of different therapy processes there are, and which of them are useful, helpful, which are completely bogus.

There is such a volume of Hubbard therapy writings, and rules, codes, metering principles, one would have to waste literally years of one's time pawing through Hubbard's whole canon of technical therapy writings and be a trained veteran successful scientist and therapist to even adjudicate how much of Hubbard's stuff is valid or not.

It's such an advanced problem tackling the Hubbard mess, I can only think some university fellowships could afford the money to give researchers who are qualified to tackle Hubbard's full canon of tech therapy options.

Hubbard left such a massive mess.

I hope someday the actors band together to do a nice spoof movie on the damn cult they play acted happy culties for all their lives.

That kind of cathartic payback I hope they someday do!

There is ample action.

The Jesse Prince/David Miscavige showdown with the guns, and white uniforms, at Gilman Hot Springs, there is just so much to put into a movie.

Who better to act David Miscavige romping around the Int Base and smacking staff, than Tom Cruise!

John Travolta can play Shane Whitmore.

Dustin Hoffman can play Marty Rathbun.

etc, etc. Jenna Elfman can play Shelly Miscavige, that is a match!

I'm serious.
This would be good deprogramming for the whole damn Scientology celebrity community, and it would be a huge FIRST in human history. Sociologically, we have this modern day cult new religion Scientology, suborning some of the best actors of western civ, WHAT BETTER PAYBACK for them as a group, to wake up and set history straight.

someone with connections to Paul Haggis, please print this off and send it to him!

I "think in futures".

Look at Jason Beghe.

I am just "putting it out there" because THEY, the Scientology celebs, THEY will be the ones to go through their unbrainwashing learning curves, and decide as a group, to do the spoof.

I think it would be a good career ending transition.

In modern western society, all sorts of learning curves are speeded up!

All it takes is about a half dozen A lister Scientology celebs to spend a while on the internet, reading the truth, all the truth, all the hardwon truth put on the internet, out there, waiting to unbrainwash whichever A lister Scientology celeb dares to face the truth.

Oh yea, Jack Nicholson, I mean he'd get on board, I mean you probably could get a whole host of Hollywood people to do this movie for REDUCED costs/fees, just out of a group catharsis process against the whole encroachment of the slithery Scientology crap into Hollywood the last decades.

I'm sure the police and all the other "safe pointed" community leaders would love to play a part in this grand gala production.

All it takes, is a bunch of A lister Scientologists to go through what JASON BEGHE has correctly gone through!!!!!

it'll happen, and the world would be a better place, if the ex Scientology celebrities did it all themselves!!!!!

A group "coming out" and spoofing their own restrictive insane movement's encroachment into Hollywood, etc, etc,

Listen, the damn existing Scientology screenwriters, believe me, if you were in their heads, I'll bet they even dreamed of this.

This is a natural process, and as extremist and wierd as Scientology continues to be, it only builds up the pressure to break out and explore and portray the truth about the whole Scientology infilitration into Hollywood!

My god, to quote Shawn Longsdale (rest in peace) "It's the elephant in room" but for Hollywood.

The actors themselves, I hope Jason Beghe spurs MORE of them to look online, and absorb the truth.

And act.

Act a carthartic payback spoof production of Scientology.

Subject: Gigi Scudilari, OSA Int staffer, hits cameraman's camera, right after police leave scene

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=7B2kRkaDVr0

Gigi is OSA Int staff.

Gigi Scudilari.

Italian.

I'm asking many ex Sea Org to confirm, but it's clearly Gigi Scudilari who assaults this cameraman's camera.

Dirty stuff, and condoned, and it is obviously deeper.

This is condoned, and NOT being prevented.

Gigi will probably be patted on the back for this, sadly.

Gigi is the one when I asked him, he was the MAA (Ethics Officer) on my "routing out" of the Sea Org, when Gigi was on the RPF himself, assigned from OSA Int, in 2002, I asked him, one time, WHO in the religious world acted like OSA Int does to Scientology.

Italian Gigi Scudilari, OSA Int staffer on the PAC RPF at the time he answered my question above said "Opus dei".

This is the mentality of the OSA Int staffers, AS WE SPEAK.

They are playing games, playing slightly tough.

They get away with it.

They think this is okay.

Prosecute is what I suggest!

Many ex Sea Org will absolutely confirm that was Gigi Scudilari of OSA Int, who smacked your camera.
