Hello & Welcome to our site.  We live in Springfield Oregon, our household consist of My husband John, and my daughter Amanda and  myself, Vicki. We had one Welsh Springer Spaniel Int. Am. Ch. Heavens Rayz of Sunshine CGC call name Sunny, until recently, when we added another welshie named Libby to our home. Libby's a female Welsh Springer Spaniel from the English/ Welsh boarder. Look for her in the ring in the coming Spring. Check out her page too! My daughter Amanda, Shows Sunny in AKC, conformation and Jr. Showmanship, also did 4-h for 4 years. Amanda has put Sunnys titles on him. Of course I train & Groom him & and pay some the bills, and being Their biggest support. and cheer leader.. we like to have a weekend away from it all. My husband stay's at home and supports my daughter and I on our quest, of becoming awesome people of the welshie world.  .This is not my first welsh, His name was Rocky, where Our kennel name came from and from Which I dedicate my love to the breed....Thank you for visiting the Rocklynn WSS site and come back again..Please Don't forget to sign the guest book..

 Why We Picked Welsh Springer  Spaniels --     In 1998 I had finally talked my Husband into buying our almost 10 year old daughter (Amanda) a dog. I have had many many dogs all my life and I just loved Spaniels. I had owned a welshie before, when I lived with my parents and I loved the breed and I loved my Rocky more then anything. We had decided on getting an Wss but there were none around so settled for an English Springer Spaniel. In Jan. of 2000 we had discovered that our beloved English, Major (Amanda's Major Blessing) had a hip and other problems, making it so he would have a very short life.. So to ease the pain for Amanda my husband and I started talking about getting a another dog, so that Amanda would grow close to that dog ....This time is was my turn to get what I wanted and of course it had to be a WSS.. I wanted another dog like my old welshie Rocky ( My Best Friend). I started looking for a welshie over the internet. We had found a lot of great people with a lot of great dogs. Finally we found the right person.. Dawn Ford had bred her Ch. Heavens Amazing Grace to Vickie Harshman's Ch. Saga's Daydream Believer, the puppies were born June 7th 2000, I wanted a male..  I flew down to Arizona and meet Dawn and Vickie and the Dogs & bought back home my sunny boy. An update on Major, in July while Amanda and I  went to summer camp in california, Major died. He was the best friend Amanda has ever had, and he will always be remembered in our hearts.
