IT IS BEST TO CONTACT ME FIRST TO SEE IF STOCK IS AVAILABLE, I WILL ALWAYS TRY TO KEEP MY SITE UP TO DATE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU DO HAPPEN TO ORDER, AND THE STOCK HAS RAN OUT, THEN I WILL LET YOU KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND GIVE A COMPLETE MONEY REFUND.

  • If you buy ova (eggs)there is no garrantee on the success rate of the hatching of ova sent, due to how they are looked after when leaving my care.

  •  The days of the week i will post live stock out is :

     Mondays

     Tuesdays

     Wedensdays

     Occasionally i will post out on Thursdays.

 

  • Your item/s will be packed as safely as possible and sent by Recorded next day delivery, as soon as payment is cleared, or recieved (if paying by PAYPAL) but if there is no one to sign for your package, please let me know, and i will send by normal post. 

        

  •  If  by any chance your item/s do not arrive alive and well, please let me know in first instance and i will replace.

 

  •   I WILL ONLY REPLACE IF:

 

  •   INSECTS ARE  D.O.A (dead on arrival)

 

  •  OR  IF  LIMBS ARE MISSING.

 

  •  I WILL NOT SEND OUT ON VERY COLD DAYS
