As an adult I had several solo shows in the '90's at the Stockbridge Public Library and worked for several years as a window dresser and floral assistant in Boston, Massachusetts. I also taught painting and drawing classes at senior centers in Holyoke and Pittsfield, Massachusetts. I have worked in a variety of artistic industrial jobs over the years including: graphic designer for the Webster Times newspaper, (back when it was done with scissors and rubber cement!) color matcher for Berkshire Wallpapers, and design expediter for a silk-screen t-shirt shop.

       I moved to Texas in 1999 and learned ceramics from JoElla Littlejohn of Brenham, Texas. When she retired I purchased several teapot molds from her and began my series of floral "Tea For Ones" and "Santa Clauses". I continue to paint on canvas and I especially enjoy painting the subtle colors of the Texas landscape. I am presently studying webdesign with an eye to helping individuals create good web showcases for their crafts or family projects.
