Alongside our normal programme this year we will be joining other
sections in celebrating the scouts centenary year. This term we will also be working on our
‘creative’ and ‘my faith’ badges. We
will hopefully complete our joining in centenary badge together with ‘the
Friendship Challenge’. Some of the older
boys may well complete their personal challenge, which goes towards the Beaver
Bronze scout award. (Sue Eltringham 01923 283612)
8th January. Theme – Sharing. Beavers please bring a Christmas board game
or new toy to share.
15th January. Theme – Personal
challenges/New Year Resolutions. What is
Centenary. Also investiture ceremony @

22nd January. Theme - Discovery and Creativity. Parent Helper = Rose
29th January. Theme – Joining in. We will be visiting Croxley Beavers. Please
meet at their HQ in Watford Road,
Croxley Green. Directions – Turn right
at Rickmansworth School, follow road past shops and the
station. The HQ is next to the British
Legion on left just after a speed camera.
You will need to park in Valley Walk and then find a safe place to cross
