Alongside our normal programme this year we will be joining other sections in celebrating the scouts centenary year.  This term we will also be working on our ‘creative’ and ‘my faith’ badges.  We will hopefully complete our joining in centenary badge together with ‘the Friendship Challenge’.  Some of the older boys may well complete their personal challenge, which goes towards the Beaver Bronze scout award. 8^th January. Theme – Sharing.  Beavers please bring a Christmas board game or new toy to share. 

15^th January. Theme – Personal challenges/New Year Resolutions.  What is Centenary.  Also investiture ceremony @ 6.00pm for : Louis Fraser-Wilson, Anthony Close, Rory Hemmings and Ben Rose.  Parent Helper = Turner

22^nd January.  Theme - Discovery and Creativity.   Parent Helper = Rose

29^th January. Theme – Joining in.  We will be visiting Croxley Beavers. Please meet at their HQ in Watford Road, Croxley Green.  Directions – Turn right at Rickmansworth School, follow road past shops and the station.  The HQ is next to the British Legion on left just after a speed camera.  You will need to park in Valley Walk and then find a safe place to cross the road.  Parent Helper = Fraser Wilson

5^th February. Theme – Caring.  Parent Helper = Close

12^th February – HALF TERM

19^th February. Theme – ‘Gong Hei Fa Choy’  and Founders Day.  Parent Helper = Dickson  ( It is our annual party for OAPs on 3^rd March and we would be grateful if you could bring tins of food to go towards the gift of food we always give them at the end)

26^th February.  Theme – Caring and Friendship.  Parent Helper = Martin  (Don’t forget some tins of food – thank you)

5^th March.   Theme – Discovery and Creativity.  Parent Helper = Jordan

12^th March.  Theme – Games.  The Commonwealth.  Meet at the Swillet playground if weather permits.  Parent Helper = Bird

19^th March.  Theme – My Faith.  Meet at Christ Church.  Parent Helper = Booth

Sunday 25^th March.  Circus workshop.  More details to follow.
