HOWDY everyone lol! Its Michael again, a good 9 months later. I would firstly like so send a HUGE thanks to all of the fans who have kept coming to the sit and forum regularly and continuing to support Chloe non-stop during my absence. I have been working full time as well as kicking butt in ballet. I had my first professional job offer, and guesting gig. As well as ballet being full time...I am pretty much busy all day everyday and its become impossible lately to keep the site fully updated. But I will be back for a while ;-) God has blessed me with the great gift of TIME!....Please value this gift people, as an 18 year old, I cannot believe just how important I have already realized it is...

You WILL be seeing MANY updates during this week, I assure you! Please stay tuned and keep checking in frequently for all of the lastest news and info on Chloe!

ONTO BUSINESS >> There is much exciting news in the world of Chloe going on! The release of "The Greatest Journey" CD + DVD, a new 2009 tour, PBS pledge drives, December television appearences, and a new 2009 DVD taping. As well as many new articles, links, and pictures of the ever so fabulous Chloe Agnew!

Chloe and that gals have just realease "The Greatest Journey: Essential Collection" It is a collective of songs from the entire journey CW has made. Songs from the original CD, A Christmas Celebration, A New Journey, some solo work, and 4 *NEW* songs! 2 ensemble numbers, "The Call" and "Pie Jesu" A re-recording of "Your Raise Me Up" which features the third verse, as well as a gospel choir, complete re-recording of all the vocals, as well as quite a different instrumentation and musical change. And last but not least, Miss Chloe herself in a very recent re-recording of her classic "Ave Maria." This song alone is worth buying the whole CD. Our very own Chloe's voice has matured and grown so much you will be blown away with this amazingly beautiful and soul soothing rendition. Chloe has really outdone herself. PLEASE go and buy the CD as well as DVD from Amazon.com!

The Celtic Woman 2009 Tour Dates for the new tour "Isle of Hope" have been announced! Head on over to the Tour Dates page to see if Chloe and Celtic Woman will be coming to a city near you!

Many new pictures, press releases, audio, and video downloads are going to be available this coming week! Please keep checking the Multimedia section of the website, as well as the Photo Gallery for all of the new goodies this coming week!

There is also a brand new "Appearances" page which will have details, dates, and times of upcoming television and media appearances of Chloe!

Greetings,

This is Celeste, the newest co-author of the site. As some of you may have noticed, a number of pages here have been incrementally updated over the past month or so. Michael has very kindly taken me on board to assist him in keeping the site up to date, and I've been adding links to various sections, especially in the Performances and Interviews branches of the Multimedia page, as well as the CD/DVD listings. The Links have also been updated, and the Forum URL now directs you to the new home of the Chloe Agnew forum. There's still a lot to do, especially in the Pictures section, but have patience. Soon, I hope to make some additions to those pages as well.

Dear friends,

I would like to firstly apologize for the lack of update  and time given to the site in the past months. Time is seeming to fade away in the days. My days are filled with 7 hours + of dance and when I get home it is usually really late at night, and only have time to grab a bite and head off to bed! But my love and support for the amazing Chloe has not left!

Many new and exciting things have been happening with Chloe and Celtic Woman!

The Spring '07 - A New Journey Tour has been launched! The shows are going excellent especially with the addition of Hayley! I have had the joy of attending the show in Wallingford, and will be attending 2 more in two weeks! Some photos from the tour are available in the new 2007 section of the In Concert photo gallery so please head over to that!

Many new video clips of some television performances can be seen in the Multimedia section!

Thank you all for being so wonderful, patient, and supportive of Chloe! Many new things will be coming to the site in the next few days so please stay tuned!

As said before, we need donations to now keep our website going! So, in light of this, I have created a Donation page. Dear friends and fans,

Recently, as many of you have noticed, the site has been down. We ran out of our year's subscription for bandwidth, because we had so many visitors! Which is a good thing! Unfortunately, I was not able to afford to purchase more bandwidth. Thats when your gracious help came along! We know have bandwidth purchased for the next 2 months to keep this site up and running! But we still need some help that I can't exactly provide right now, to get us through the rest of the year. I hate to sound like a PBS station (no pun intended haha) but we could really use some donations right now. Ateention everyone !!

The Celtic Woman Spring 2007 Tour Dates have been anounced! Head on over to the Live Tour Dates section to see if the girls are coming to a venue near you!

Chloe and the rest of the gals will be embarking on a 4 month, North American Tour. The tour starts Feburary 14, 2007 in Tampa FL, and ends May 22 in Salt Lake, UT.

Lets wish the gals luck over in South Africa right now, and we can't wait to see them when they come back here :-)

Yay !! Guess what? We got NEW pictures from the SLANE show !! Head on over to In Concert in the Photo Gallery to check them out !! We got two live pictures, that include the newest CW member, Hayley Westenra, as well as the new CD cover !! And Chloe is stunning in both images! Please check them out.

Hey there everyone! Some news has just arrived from The Official Celtic Woman Website
So here is the new news on the girls! Glad to see they broke their already existing record! hehe! And of course, props to Chloe! Also, the USA Spring '07 Tour Dates will be announced shortly, so stay tuned into the site to see those when they come out!

What fantastic news!  Celtic Woman ‘A Christmas Celebration’ has endered the Billboard World Music charts at No 1.  Knocking our  first album off the record breaking spot. 

We stayed at this position for 81 weeks and now we hold the No 1 & No 2 spot.  Let see if we can break another record and hold the No 1, No 2 & No 3 spot when Celtic Woman ‘A New Journey’ is released at the end of January!

Hope all of you Americans are looking forward to seeing our new show when it airs on PBS at the beginning of December.  The rest of the world will have to wait until the CD & DVD are released at the end of January.

Just a quick note to say thank you to all you Japanese that came to see us on our recent Japanese tour.  Your warmth and support was very much appreciated and we are looking forward to going back there again towards the end of 2007. We also hope to visit Australia and New Zealand then. 

Our European friends won’t have to wait quite so long to see us as we hope to tour there towards the end of the Summer 07. 

Our next tour will be in the US starting mid-February next year and hopefully running  until mid-June.  Date are being finalised at the moment and will be on the website very shortly.  We will be visiting nearly every state during this tour so hopfully you’ll find a date that suits as our new show is going to be really special!

Hurray for Mary! Wow I already feeling we are getting so much more done with her. She's a blessing sent from heaven!

Hey folks! BUNCH of updates coming at you right now. First off....sorry for not updating in a month. I have been soooo busy with dance and music right now. I was recently given the privilage to be The Nutcracker Prince in this year's Mendocino Ballet production of "The Nutcracker." And that has taken up most of my time...

So first off...on October 3rd CW released "Celtic Woman: A Christmas Celebration." I received my copy on Thursday October 5th, my birthday, and I must say its AMAZING. Especially Chloe. It really shows what Chloe sounds like now :-)

So the NEW CW show/cd "Celtic Woman: A New Journey" will air on PBS stations this December, and release of the CD and DVD will be in January. Spring '07 tour dates are already being released so check the concert dates section for those. CW added a new member recently to the show, Hayley Westenra. Woo hoo !! I have managed enough time to squeeze in a new and exciting update !! The CD/DVD page !! I have gotten MANY e-mails lately asking if Chloe has a solo album available, and if so, where can it be purchased? Well now the information is up !! Included is the CW CD, CW DVD, Chlow Agnew WITA CD, Chloe CD, and CW Christmas album!  :-) 
And pretty soon here, CW 2 CD, and CW 2 DVD!!!

Speaking of CW 2, recently on the 23rd and 24th of August, Celtic Woman filmed the DVD for the CW 2 album at the legendary Slane Castle !! Not much information is out about this show, and you will not know much untill the airing of it on PBS, this December of '06. The show is said to air in December of '06, with a CD and DVD release of January '07. Currently known, is the show is mainly NEW material !! With the new stuff from the tour, and that the backdrop for the show, is that resembling Slane Castle !! Just hold on to your seat belts and dont fly away, December is just around the corner !!

I would like to apologize for my lack of updates recently, although we have a big handful to come!

I have been sooo incredibly busy with so many things I have been working on at the moment, and am very exhausted (it is 1:52am right now!) And in a few hours will be flying in to Denver, Colorado, to see Chloe and the gals performing at Red Rocks Amphitheatre! It will be marvelous!

Well the girls are now on a plane across the pond to start yet again, a wonderful and magnificent tour! The tour kicks off with a show on Tuesday, July 11th, in Chicago at Charter One Pavillion at Northerly Island. This summer the girls will be doing outdoor venues! I will be attending the Red Rocks show. It will be great, maybe I'll get to see some of you there?

Well do we have lots of news this week!!! First I would like to mention that within the coming month or so, Rain will be moving....sad? No! For the better!!! We have joined forces with web designer, and Chloe fan, Ryan Cameron, to colaberate on a whole new, better, and improved, Rain fansite! It will be located at http://www.chloeagnew.net/ you can currently visit the address, which for the time, links to here. This site will still feature all the mains of running the site - News and updates, Biography, Photo Gallery, Audio and Video Downloads, Multimedia, Tour Dates, Fan of the Week *new*,  guestbook, forum, chatroom, etc..!! All the works. Ryan is great and we are both really enthusiastic about this so I think it really will be great!

Some MORE big news! As many of us know, the girls will currently be touring Japan this fall, and coming back for a short Christmas tour/promotion. Well we have got the first and foremost information and news that has just arriven. Celtic Woman will be the musical guests as part of the Brain Boitanos Skating Spectacular!!! The show will take place December 16th, at 7:00pm at the Budweiser Events Center, located in Loveland, Colorado. The show is to be aired on national television on the NBC channel on New Years Day 2007! This really is something to NOT miss! Hey everyone, BIGGER NEWS!

A BRAND NEW Celtic Woman song has been released on their Japanese website! The song is the english translation of the Irish song "La Mer" which is "Beyond The Sea." You may have heard many jazzy versions from Robbie Williams,  Bobby Darren, and more....the infamous lyrics..."Somewhere, beyond the sea. Somewhere, waiting for me..." I am so excited for this song! Currently available is a 39 second clip. Soon to be released, will be the full version. A big thanks to our Japanese CW fan, Naoko for all of this WONDERFUL information! A live chat with Deirdre Shannon will be happening on Wednesday, June 14th, at 4pm EST (3pm CST, 1pm Pacific). The chat will be located in the live Celtic Woman fan chat - click here to visit. Deirdre will be visiting for an hour to answer questions and chat with all of the fans.

Well, got some news regarding the CW site update. The site is currently being updated as stated, however, there will no longer be an official Celtic Woman forum. Danielle Spurr of lisakelly.org (which is also under heavy construction) will be creating a new CW forum. Information on that to be released in the near future.

2 new gorgeous pictures of Chloe from the Chicago show have been added to the "In Concert" section of the photo gallery! So please, check them out :-)

The official Celtic Woman summer tour dates have been released! Head on over and  see if  you can catch a show to see Chloe!

Got rid of the shoutbox, it wasnt happenin'....and I am going to change the template too. This one just doesn't seem to appealing.

News - 4/6/06

Hi folks!

Sorry I have had very little time to update :( I have had like no time lately to do much of anything! Been busy with Symphony mainly. We are performing a big concert, which is including the ENTIRE Dvorak New World piece. 

But good news is that Wednesday April 12th I am doing 2 acts in the High School Talent show. One of them is in a sense, a tribute to Chloe and Celtic Woman. I wrote out a small orchestral arrangement of "You Raise Me Up" and was for 3 vocalists. A lot of people had to quit so we are down to one vocalist, Alexa Prax. She's a WONDERFUL singer. She's an alto though, and this song goes pretty high but she is doing great! As for orchestrations, it has been dropped down to Piano, Violin, Viola, Flute, Bassoon, Trombone, Drum set. I wrote the arrangment myself, and it WILL be video taped. I will hopefully have it up so you guys can see :-D

Updates will be coming within the week. Expect the Photo Gallery, and Multimedia section to be updated within the week, and a new poll will be up soon! I hope you all are having a good April. Hows it goin everyone?

MAJOR construction going on with the Photo Gallery right now, but its for a good cause!! We have expanded our gallery GREATLY and are excited to bring you WAY over a hundred pictures of Celtic Woman and Chloe! We hope that the new photo sections are a lot easier, and useful to naviagate with, and most importantly, that you enjoy them!

We are ALWAYS open to new ideas for the website, so please click on over to "Contact Us!" and submite your thoughts and ideas.

Have you been to a concert? Well we are currently looking for "Tour Recaps" to post! So if you have been to a show, please submit your recap/review and have it posted on the website!!

Some new pictures should be coming in soon. We are in the process off recreating the photo gallery, so expect that within a week or two. Not too much going, but we got some great thigns coming in the next week! So please stick around :-D

News - 3/15/06

Hey everyone! Just a short little update. Got a new pictures of Chloe performing at the hummingbird in Toronto, and a new picture of the ladies performing in Japan! Both can be found in the Live Images section.

Also a new update! We now have polls! So we will be updating and having a new poll every week! This week it is "Which is your favorite from Chloe's 'Walking In The Ari'?" So cast your vote and make a mark!

Also, if anyone has any images, ideas, or anything you would like to submit to "Rain" please feel free to email me by clicking on the "Contact Us!" tab. We also plan on possibly having a prize essay contest or something similar soon. I was thinking either an essay, or an image design! The person who wins that contest would get a nice prize! Something like a free copy of Chloe's "Walking In The Air." So Please keep updated with us as all the goodies come rolling in! Also! This site is growing enormously! I am getting emails by the minutes from all sorts of people! Many many many fans are seeing the show and coming on here so PLEASE keep those lovely emails coming, and tell EVERYONE about the website!!!!

News - 3/11/06

OMG so Toronto was amazing. The show was the best show I have seen in my life. The amount of movement the girls put into it is amazing. Chloe really lets loose and rocks out during the show! I LOVE it! The girls received all of their gifts and the SMAS books and LOVED them. The highlights of the night, for me, are when Chloe wore the baret she received, and when she blew me a kiss during the bows. I love that girl so much! This tour is going to be EXCELLENT and I cannot wait for Sacramento and San Jose. I hope I get to meet Chloe again. I LOVE THAT GIRL!!

News - 3/5/06

Wow!!!!! Tomorrow I leave for Toronto! Technically. I am leaving tomorrow to go stay with my Grandparents, who are 40 minutes away from San Francisco. I am going to stay the night there and leave at 4:30am, to catch my 7:30am flight! I am pretty nervous as I am VERY scared of airplanes. So some prayers would be nice! lol...man...I am like really scared just typing about the flight...maybe I should'nt type about it anymore...BUT!...On a good note: TORONTO IS COMING! AND THAT MEANS I GET TO SEE CHLOE! I definately hope to be able to take some pictures with her :-) And they will be up here if I get her permission.

We added a Toronto! section, which after the concert, will be updated with Photos, Journals, and Reviews from me and Jan! One of the highlights of the trip will be eating dinner in the Tallest Building In The World! The CN Tower. The restaurant is named 360. It rotates 360 degrees around the tower, every hour. So It should be exciting. Its going to be a great trip. I wish it was longer than 3 days...but who can complain? The show will be great!

News - 2/28/06

News from Celtic Woman:

Feb 2006

On February 18th Celtic Woman performed the most difficult concert yet – the first concert in front of the Irish public, our family and friends.  It was amazing!  The new songs which we had been rehearsing for the week beforhand worked great and we are really looking forward to performing the new show in front of our loyal American fans in March and April. 

At the moment we are in Tokyo doing interviews and promotion for the release of our album there.  Its been hectic but the Japanese are really welcoming and we’re already looking forward to coming back and touring here.   A surprise highlight of the trip is that Ms Shizuka Arakawa, a Japanese figure skater, competing at the current Winter Olympic Games is performing to Celtic Woman’s recording of “You Raise Me Up”!

We get home on Sunday, have a fews days to unpack and repack and then its off to the US for a 9 week tour.  The highlight of which will be performing to a full house in Radio City on Saint Patrick’s night. 

The girls solo albums were released in the US at the beginning of January 06 and all debuted in the Billboard World Music charts a feat only matched by Kiss in 1978.  Who would have thought that Celtic Woman and Kiss would have something in common!

News & Update - 2/25/06

Howdy everyone!!! The polls are in and the Point Show went GREAT!! Accounts of many of our American forum members, Dani, Jan, Paul, and more...had an interesting surprise with the Irish audience...as us americans normally hoot and cheer at our ladies' shows...it seems the Irish audience didn't have too much of an energetic reaction...and that many even left before the show was even over. We of course can't go assuming things as all actions have an intention. But it seems that the girls had fun and sang THREE...yes...THREE new songs. Lisa sings "Caledonia", Chloe sings "Vivaldi's Rain - Sinore Guidami" and all of the ladies sing a beautiful tribal song! Sadly...May It Be, Ave Maria, and Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring were NOT in the show. Will it be this way for the tour? Most likely, but not sure. Either way its making room for some great new music that is SURE to stun our american audiences!

The Toronto show is coming up in just a little over a week. The show kicks off Wednesday, March 8th at 8:00pm at the Hummingbird Centre for the Performing Arts, located in Toronto Canada! There is a group of 12 forum members, which includes myself, that will be making the journey there, to welcome the girls back! The presentation of the wonderful SMAS Projects will be given too! We have heard from CW offices that they are doing their best to schedual a time in which we can meet with the ladies, and hopefully David and Sharon, to present the projects. It will be a wonderful event and I'm sure...they will do great. Chloe once said "...I also love meeting people. When you get up on stage and know that at least one person who likes the show is there, you have someone to play to." Chloe certainly will have a LOAD of people to sing to with all of us there! I bet it will be a memorable performance for Chloe..I mean c'mon....I'm gonna be there!! Haha

The site will be switching to PREMIUM status shortly. What we have so far just isnt enough! If a website can't hold all of your love for Chloe...BUY MORE!!!! LOL So expect some changed. So far the template has changed. This will be enhanced and changed soon.

News & Update - 2/9/06

Hey everyone! Hope things are going well!!

Just about 2 WEEKS untill the big Point show for the girls in Dublin Irleand, and a mere 26 days left untill the Toronto show! This tour is going to be wonderful. Me and Jan have created a "Toy Box" for Chloe as part of her SMAS gift. MANY MANY MANY kudos and credits to JAN for the creation of this toy box! It is so beautiful and so much her her time, effort, and not to mention, money, has gone into it. I cannot thank her enough.

Chloe's album is still in stores and its not too late to go out and buy it! So go!! NOW!!

A new photo section has been added as "Other Photos." It has some good sound check photos and a CUTE picture of Chloe rockin' out!

Jan has created cards that have a beautiful image of Chloe singing, and at the top say "Chloe" and at the bottom, they have the link to the site! I am hoping we will be able to pass these out at the concerts and bring more people here to the site and to the forum! It is so wonderful...

And just to let you all know...Chloe has seen our site, and knows we are here! She is very thankful for the hardwork of all of us fans. I feel so privaliged to run a site dedicated to Chloe. This amazing person has given us all so much inspiration, and lets not forget that! I hope you have a wonderful day, and tell EVERYONE to come to the site!! :-D

News & Update - 1/27/06

Hey there folks!

Slowly, but surely, new photos are being added to the photogallery, and some images are appearing incorrect. The immage incorrectness is my fault due to image files of the same name. I will be fixing this as soon as possible, and Jan is getting a hang of things here at the site. She has already posted some pics! I big thanks to Jan :-)

As you all know, the Toronto show is coming up, and the presentation of the Send Me A Song Scrapbooks will be occurring! I will be presenting to Chloe. So please stop on by the SMAS website at http://www.ibmag.net/smas/ for more information please contact me.

Chloe's album sales are doing great by the way! At the moment she is #5 in the Amazon World Music Charts! This is unbelievable, it really is. Well all wish Chloe even more success to come with her album sales :-D She truely is making her mark here in America.

Also, the new "Contact Us!" page is up! It's now with an online submitable form! Check it out :-D

Our biggest addition to the site, I think would have to be the NEW CHATROOM!!!!!!! I am so excited! Here vistors can simply click "Chatroom" enter in a desired username and chat away! I will be in here frequently, and I hope you will too! Soon I will be setting up hosted chats...

The album, and wonderful songs, are all the same as the original available from Celtic Collections, but the images and covers just look spectacular!
