 Please insert an actual date, not the name of an event. If you are planning to wear the wig for an upcoming event, I highly recommending setting your date at least a week before the event. If there is less than a month between now and your desired delivery date, please email me first at catszeto@gmail.com before filling out this form because there is a chance I will not have enough time to make your wig.

  • Describe your budget. Are you willing to splurge for the best possible wig or would you like to save as much money as possible?
  • Are there certain wig sellers you would like me to use or avoid?
  • Have you worn wigs before?
  • Would you like the wig to look exactly like the picture or have a more natural look?
  • What is your head circumference? (Some wigs are too small for large heads, even with the adjustable hooks.)
