- League ID and Yahoo ID must match EXACTLY. If we find they do not match, you will have a warning and must change them. Another occurance and you will be boxed for 3 days.
- No multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be permanently banned from the league.
- No spamming for our league in other lobbies. If we find that you have been doing so, you will be stripped of any td, htd, or admin position you hold and boxed for 15 days.
- Swearing will be enforced as follows:
- "shit", "damn", "ass", and "hell" will not be considered swear words. Therefore you may use them in the lobby or at tables, but if you are asked to stop, you must comply or face boxing for 3 days for each occurance.
- All other words may not be used in lobby without abbreviated forms (i.e.: fck, bstrd). A simple space with no letters missing is not enough. If we find you doing so, you will receive one warning, after which the next occurance will land you a 3 day box.
- There are no rules for swearing on tables, unless someone at that table requests you to stop. If you do not, you will face boxing for 3 days for cursing.
- Report matches immediately before playing another game. The 24 hour rule no longer exists, so report immediately before beginning again. If your opponent does nto report their match, fill out an unreported match form (found on the left side of the main page). If this is a reoccuring problem, you may be banned from the league.
- If you have problems with a td, htd, or admin, talk first to the head admin, ChippedBeaver, before doing anything irrational. If instead you decide to take matters in your own hands and spam the lobby or something else, the admins will decide a suitable punishment.
- There will be absolutely no disrespecting of any staff member (td, htd or admin). You will get one warning, after which you will be boxed based on the severity of the crime.
- It is a privelage to play in tournaments. If you have somehow offended a td, there is a good chance they will not allow you to play in their tournaments. If this is the case, do not complain, but rather be on your best behavior, and they may yet again allow you in their tournaments.
- Safeties are ALLOWED. A safety is any play to block your opponent from a shot, or even to be able to hit one of their balls.
- There is no Force Forfeiting. If you are caught Force Fofeiting a match you will automatically be DQ'ed from the match.
- All games must be played on Rated and Protected Tables unless certain tournament rules apply.
- If you sink the 8-ball on the break, it is an automatic re-rack.
- Sinking the 8-ball early is not a re-rack unless both parties agree to do so. Only 1 re-rack is permitted, however, as it will slow down tournaments.
- There is no saying "good game" or any form of it before the 8-ball is potted. If you do so, you will be DQ'ed from the match. And also good sportsmandship must be honored throughout every game.
- If you make a solid and stripe ball on the break, you may choose which to pot the rest of the game, but are not given a ball-in-hand. As they say in "Happy Gilmore": "shoot where the ball lies".
- You are not allowed to play on a private training table during a trny. If we discover you on one you will automatically be boxed for 3 days.
- Timers will be enforced as follows:
- If you are in the lobby or room with a ping, you will have a 5 min. timer to return to the table or to shoot a ball.
- If you are not present in lobby, or are at a table but with no ping, you will have a 10 min. timer to return to the table and shoot.
- The second time a timer is requested on you, it will be 5 mins. no matter what.
- These timers will hold for all rounds of a tournament.
- If you need a timer on your opponent, invite the tournament director to the table and ask for one.
- Use of an auto-aim program is absolutely forbiden. If you are caught using such a program you will be kicked from the league, your Hall-of-Fame stats erased, and be permanently banned from the league.
- There shall be no open accusations about a player using an auto-aim program. If you suspect someone is, you must bring forth your concerns and evidence to the Head Admin, Chipped Beaver, and the matter will be investigated throughly. If you do openly accuse someone, you will be boxed for 5 days.
