Pierre Sneed became the fourth member of this year's #2 ranked Simeon Wolverines to commit to a division one school, as he gave his verbal pledge today to Head Coach Billy Taylor and Ball State University of the Mid American Conference.

Sneed is a very long and athletic 6-4 wing player who will be looked upon to score a lot of points this year for a very good Simeon team. Sneed broke out this summer playing with the Mac Irvin Fire, and came out of nowhere to solidify himself as a division one basketball prospect.

Along with Sneed, Simeon will feature division one commits Kenyon Smith (Illinois State), Stan Simpson (Illinois), and junior Steve Walker (Northern Illinois). With so many players having gotten their recruiting out of the way, the Wolverines should be able to focus their full attention on winning a third straight state championship, as they are the #1 ranked team in class 3A coming into the season.
