The 2007 Full Package Fall Exposure League brought to you by IllinoisHSbasketball.com is now over, and a champion has been crowned in the freshman/ sophomore league as well as on the varsity level. Here is a look at the top playoff performers from the Fro/Soph league...
Playoff MVP- Patrick Woolfolk- Wake Forest
Woolfolk led Wake Forest to the league title, beating some star studded teams along the way. Woolfolk is a flashy combo guard with big time potential. He is fast and athletic and has a sick handle on the ball. Patrick scored when Wake Forest needed him too, but spent most of the time penetrating and dishing, and hitting his teammates for open shots. Patrick is definitely a prospect to watch this year for North Lawndale.
Runner-up- Jermaine Winfield- Purdue
Winfield was hands down the most dominant player throughout the playoffs, as he averaged an astounding 35.5 points and 17 rebounds per game. Jermaine has a man’s body and knows how to use it. He is very polished in the post and has a very nice touch around the hoop. He is a tenacious rebounder and a very good shot blocker. If he can grow, or get a little more of a versatile game, he could be a big time prospect.
