How to Apply:

        We have now started to accept  applications for the academic year of  2009-2010  which is from  Sept. 7, 2009  to  Jul.3, 2010  ( first semester: Sept. 7, 2009  to  Jan.8, 2010; second semester:  Feb.23, 2010  to  Jul.3, 2010,  with a winter vacation of about 5 weeks between the two semesters). For the schedule, please refer to the page "REGISTRATION SCHEDULE".

        There are two optional ways for you to apply to study at our university:

        I. Apply Online:

        Click the "APPLY ONLINE" among the list of buttons on the left of this page, fill in form online, and then click "Submit" at the botton of the form.

        II. Apply by sending us the Application Form:

        Download  the  Application Form  (Click the  "APPLICATION FORM"  among the list of buttons on the left of this page),  or  if you cannot download it, just request one from us by Email.

Save the downloaded Application Form in your computer first (this is necessary if you want to send your  Form back to us by email), and then fill it out by typing except for your signature. You  may send the  filled-out Form back to us in either of the following ways at your own choice:

(1)  by Email (as an attached file):
