During counselling, I believed I had nothing to offer, no strengths so to speak.
My counsellor had a set of 48 picture cards with a strength written on each.
At various times I had to sit and go through these and think deeply about them,
and see what strengths applied to me. This helped so much and was just a start,
a thinking place. Maybe these suggestions can help you too, when feeling low.
