On receipt of the deposit, we will send you confirmation of the booking and receipt of the deposit. this is formal acceptance of the booking and a contract for the occupancy has been agreed.
* Please note that we do not necessarily send out a reminder and that you are at risk of loosing your booking if we do not receive your final payment by the specified date.
All bookings are acknowledged in writing when the full and final payment is made and we will include local route details to the cottage.
