Friendly family run French Bar in the village of Madré, which is in the Mayenne region of France. The bar is where the artist Renior used to live and paint. We have 4 bedrooms for let at reasonable prices, they are comfortably furnished, we are registered with the local tourist board. The village itself is very peacefull with plenty of chemins (paths) to walk or cycle, the ideal place to come and relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We offer the choice of 3 bierres on pression (draught) 2 are French (1664 & Gold) the other one is Carlsberg Elephant, for those who don't partake of alcoolic beverage we do a non achol beer and have a variety of soft drinks. We also serve food at lunchtime and evenings. Meal times are 12h to 14h & 18h to 20h. At lunch time we run menu of the day priced at 10€50 including a carafe of wine or cider, there is also a choice of snacks from Baugettes/Toasted sandwiches/Omelettes and Burgers, in the evening we have the menu of the day and a la carte various prices, there is also a ice cream menu and desserts as well.
