 Glynis has worked for many years in a large Hotel in the South West England as a Assistant Manager/General Assistant.

Donald has many years experience as a Chef, starting out at the Manor Park Hotel as General Assistant/Chef  for 2 years.

 Kenmore Hotel Perthireshire Scotlands oldest coaching Inn, started as commis chef for one season, then chef de partie for 6months, being promoted to second chef  for 4years,  left due to it becomming seasonal.

Dallom Tower Hotel  Second Chef  for 2 years went on tobe Head Chef

Prestwick Airport  Head Chef  unfortunately made redundant

Moved south to work in college for boys but again was made redundant moved to Bournmouth worked in various hotels in the area as Chef/Manager Head Chef.

Moved to the South West of England  worked in a old peoples home as Head Chef for a year. moved to work for Travel lodge as a Chef. Then Second Chef in a local food orientated bar, Head Chef in Irish Bar, Second Chef in French Restaurant chain.

Head Chef in busy bar restaurant for 2years; needed a change so moved to France and things couldn't be better.
