8. Tiny Tim used Eterna 27 by Revlon

9. He also used Jergen's Body Shampoo

10. He used Vaseline Intensive Care: the yellow bottle for his upper torso and the green bottle for his lower half.

13. Tiny Tim liked to use Viva papertowels after showering in hotels because he didn't trust the cleanliness of hotel towels.  (I can't really blame him on that one).

 14. Tiny constantly washed his hands and "creamed" his hands with lotion afterwards.  (If you wash your hands too much they dry out which can cause them to crack and bleed).

15. Tiny Tim was posthumously sued for a freak "golf cart" incident in a Philadelphia airport.  It wasn't even his fault.

16. Tiny Tim loved, in this order, #1 pizza, #2 chinese food, #3 popcorn.

17. "Tulips" became the only song he still performed in a falsetto voice; the rest of his act was in his natural (and sexy) baritone voice.

18.  Tiny toured with the Great American Circus in the 1980s, and also played a looney circus performer in a low-budget movie called Blood Harvest AKA: Nightmare  <-- (Please pardon some of the language on that review).  I only watched this film because Tiny Tim was in it.  I guess you could classify this as a "who-dunnit-slasher-film" if there is such a classification?  If you can't figure out "who-dunnit" within the first half hour, then you must've been asleep!   Did our Tiny Tim do it?  Oh, please say it isn't so... 

SOMETHING KIND OF FUNNY:

I recently read an article where Tiny Tim was quoted talking about when radios first came out.  He said, "When the electric radio first came in, in the '10s and '20s, it was hard for singers to adjust to electricity. Everyone was shouting into the microphone, as if trying to put a song out over the wires was like telephoning through Dixie Cups."   Now, this struck me funny because I immediately remembered seeing this funny clip of a hippo and a dog trying to communicate via the same method Tiny mentions (dixie cups)...  I cackled!  I couldn't help it... 

19.  Tiny Tim apparently had a love for Coke.  To be more precise, CANNED coke, not fountain coke. (A man after my own heart...I'm the same way... lol)  Fizz "iz" important!!!  Gotta have those bubbles!

20.  When he was born, Tiny Tim showed signs of borderline Cerebral Palsy.

21.  Tiny Tim declared himself a New York City mayoral candidate in 1989.  Some reports say February 12, 1989 and some reports say it was May 12, 1989.  However, he did not win the election.  (Thanks to PhilBrodieBand.com for this information).

23.  Tiny Tim was a MAJOR Toronto Maple Leafs fan! Why? Because he liked the leaf emblem! 

According to a comment left by 'genericgeorge' on my tribute video on YouTube, Tiny Tim set a guiness book of world records for holding a non-stop singing record.  In an e-mail to me, the gentleman mentions that Tiny's record is 2hrs and 15 minutes of non-stop singing, with absolutely NO BREAK of any kind!   This was set in Luna Park, which is in Australia. Martin Sharp organized the event back in 1979. It is believed that to this day, Tiny's Luna Park singing record still stands.  ((((Thanks to genericgeorge)))) for sharing this information with us!
