10/25/2007  123.6  -3.7  1.8  21.9  3rd week of maintenance completed. Stayed with the 2 extra points.

11/08/2007  122.2  +1.8  3.2  21.6  5th week of maintenance completed. Went up to 5 extra points. TOM is also visiting. 
11/15/2007  124.6  +2.4  0.8  22.1  LIFETIME!!!!! 6th week of maintenance completed. Stayed at the 5 extra points. May need to drop down to 4. I'll wait and see what happens this week and see if my weight stabilizes or continues to go up.

12/20/2007  122.4  -1.4  3.0  21.7  I lost dropping down to 7 maintenance points. This is good. I quit smoking last night so it will be interesting to see how my weight shifts with the change in metabolism. 
12/27/2007  122.4  0.0  3.0  21.7  My first REAL maintain. This is WONDERFUL since (1) I overindulged a bit at Christmas; (2) TOM is due in a few days; and (3) I quit smoking one week ago.

After 3 weeks of small gains and 2 weeks of TOTALLY being on program and exericising consistently, the scale went down. Yay!!! I will most likely see a gain next week since TOM is coming, but seeing that "2" back in my number feels so good!  

 

This also marks the completion of my 1st year on Maintenance. What an exciting and enlightening year it has been, full of learning and self-discovery.  Now on to the 2nd year!!
