After 3 weeks of small gains and 2 weeks of TOTALLY being on program and exericising consistently, the scale went down. Yay!!! I will most likely see a gain next week since TOM is coming, but seeing that "2" back in my number feels so good!
This also marks the completion of my 1st year on Maintenance. What an exciting and enlightening year it has been, full of learning and self-discovery. Now on to the 2nd year!! |
