COLOUR OVERLAY
001. Open the picture of your choice in your PSP 9. I will be using this picture:
002. Once you have your image, go to Layers > New Raster Layer... to make a new raster layer.
003. Choose the Flood Fill Tool on the toolbar. Choose two colours of your choice. I will be using #55aeed and #ffabe8. You may want to use the same colours as I do for practice.
004. Now that you have a raster layer and your two colours, using the flood fill tool, click the image once with the darker colour of the two colours you have chosen. I will be using #55aeed first.
005. Go to Layers > Properties....
006. Have your settings like mine:
007. So far, your image should look somewhat like mine:
008. Now, choose your second colour. Mine will be #ffabe8.
009. Make another raster layer, using the same steps.
010. Fill the layer in using the flood fill tool, and set your settings to match mine:
011. You are finished! You have turned this image...
