COLOUR OVERLAY

001. Open the picture of your choice in your PSP 9. I will be using this picture:

002. Once you have your image, go to Layers > New Raster Layer... to make a new raster layer.

003. Choose the Flood Fill Tool on the toolbar. Choose two colours of your choice. I will be using #55aeed and #ffabe8. You may want to use the same colours as I do for practice.

004. Now that you have a raster layer and your two colours, using the flood fill tool, click the image once with the darker colour of the two colours you have chosen. I will be using #55aeed first.

005. Go to Layers > Properties....

006. Have your settings like mine:

007. So far, your image should look somewhat like mine:

008. Now, choose your second colour. Mine will be #ffabe8.

009. Make another raster layer, using the same steps.

010. Fill the layer in using the flood fill tool, and set your settings to match mine:

011. You are finished! You have turned this image...
