Should you notice activity by a certain person, that would appear to you to fit into the Chat-Rat catagory, please take note of and take record of the "chat text" via c/p. and also if possible, printscreen it. (its preferable if this text is printscreened, as printscreening cannot be changed) This is easily done with a small programme called "Printkey" which is available for free. Send this text, along with the printscreen, to Chat-Rats@hotmail.com, and include your own chosen " reporter name."

This site has been prepared to expose as many Chat-Rats as possible of all forms
The object of this site is to have one site, where everyone can go, and immediately be aware of the con-men, predators, stalkers, abusers, devious, underhanded, sneaky, and just plain stupid trouble makers in chat.
This site run's via chat-person participation.
Should you choose to remain anonymous; the personal information of the sender, (name, chat name, e-mail, etc.) is NOT shared with anyone beyond the Support Team for Chat-Rats, except when and if required by law enforcement investigation.
This site is up-dated whenever necessary. We add a Chat-Rat star to each negative email we receive about a particular chat name. Example> (*) the more stars, the more negativity we have received.
Chat-Rat names are not published, or investigated on just one e-mail. We need to receive at least two or more, for it to be investigated / looked into / published on Chat-Rats. This rule has been set, so as to avoid discontented lovers / spitefulness, etc.
No Real Pictures Please: We have had many people send us actual pictures of actual people that have had their chat name mentioned here. We at Chat-Rats do not want to publish real pictures of people. We are not about exposing their real lives; we are about exposing what they do in chat.
No Real Names Please: We do not have any desire to have anyone’s real name or where they actually live. (The word "actually" refers to the actual address. The State/Country is free information if one holds Gold Elite on Voodoo Chat) Again... this is not what we are about.
If you wish to remain anonymous, with your story, that is fine. But, please say so in your e-mail.
