Terms of Sale ~

• Horses are available for pre-purchase inspection at any time prior to purchase at buyers expense.  Seeing horses in person  is encouraged and recommended.
• A $500 minimum deposit is required on purchases.  Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward the purchase of another horse.
• All horses will be paid in FULL before being allowed to leave our property.
• Discounts may be given if more than one horse is purchased.
• CMHS reserves the right to change/edit the prices and details of any horse advertised on this website.
• All our horses are NZMHA (New Zealand Miniature Horse Assn) registered.
• All our horses are wormed and have their hooves trimmed on a regular basis
