Mardi Gras party at the Tyson Events Center/Gateway Arena featuring astounding costumes - some 14 foot high and a processional. Taste of Louisiana authentic Cajun food prepared fresh by Louisiana chefs and available from 5-7pm (prior to the 7:30pm show). Live music with Ross William Perry.
