In D/P, like any other Pokemon game, there are special Pokemon that you can only get by going to a Nintendo Event. Below are the Pokemon:
This Pokemon is has the highest base stats in all of the Pokemon. 120 in every stat. This beast of a Pokemon is a normal type but it changes with every plate you put on it. When you go to the event you get an item called Heaven's Pipe. When you have it, go to Spear Pillar in Mt. Coronet where you battle Palkia or Dialga. Soon as you enter, you will be asked to play it. Say yes and an eary sound will be played. It goes bright and a stair case will appear. Go up it. Save before hand because soon as you step on to the platform, you start to battle the level80 beast, Arceus!
Darkrai is more of an interesting one to find. After getting Membership Pass at the Event, go to Canalave City. Go inside the hotel (with you couldn't get in to before) and take a sleep. While you are sleeping, Darkrai will disturb you. When you wake up, there will be a diary saying Darkiar's location. Go to the sailor and he will take you to the island. Walk around and you will find Darkrai at level40.
Shaymin, like a Grass Type Manaphy. When you go to the event, you get an item call Oak's Letter. With this item you can go to White Rock in Route 224. The route is extended. Follow the new Route all the way to the top right of the map, you must follow this all the way. At the end, in a flower filed, you will find Shaymin waiting for you at level30.
