This is a tutorial on How to animate Images. For most of this Tutorial, you need a program called: UNFreeze. It lets you animate GIF images.
To animate things is really easy, you can do it with any kind of picture. For this tutorial, I'm going to animate Tyranitar's and Miltoic's D/P sprite.
1. Get/make your image.
2. Save it as a GIF File.
3. Get your 2nd image
4. Save it as a GIF File.
5. Open up UNFreeze.
6. Select your images like this
7. Select the loop time
8. Upload
This is your final product! You can make it go slower or faster if you want!
