Leth Khaos will take the form of an old man near death covered completely in a black cloak. His very few followers serve him loyally.
Dogma
Leth Khaos promotes only one thing, total chaos. Leth Khaos (better known as just Chaos) does not interfere with his worshipers lives like some deities. He has them do what he needs to survive which is to create pain and fear. He will only interfere when all else fails or punishment is due for unloyal servants.
Clergy and Temples
Most of Chaos’ servants are the ones he created him self. Very few follow him and have not been born of Chaos or tainted by his touch. His minions worship him by causing pain and fear to “feed” Chaos. They will not build temples due to the fact that very few followers exist and worship through destruction not prayer.

Other Divine Powers
As an over deity, Chaos automatically receives the best possible result on any roll he makes (including attack rolls, damage, checks, and saves). He is immortal.
Senses: Chaos can see, hear, touch, and smell at a distance of 21 miles. As a standard action, he can perceive anything within 21 miles of his worshipers, objects, or any location where one of his title names was spoken in the last hour. He can extend his senses to up to 21 locations at once. He can block the sensing power of deities of his rank or lower at up to two remote locations at once for 21 hours.
Portfolio Sense: Chaos can sense all deeds of arcane knowledge, air, chaos, death, destruction, discord, earth, evil, fire, madness, magic, supreme, war, and water within 21 week after their happening, as long as it was used for creating chaos, and any event that alters the currant balance of good, evil, law, and chaos in the cosmology.
Automatic Actions: Chaos can use any Knowledge skill, even those he has no ranks in, as a free action if the DC for the task is 30 or lower. He can use Knowledge (arcana) or Spellcraft as a free action if the DC for the task is 47 or less. He can perform twenty such actions each round.
Create Magic Items: As a deity of magic Chaos may create any kind of magic item.
