Changes Shropshire

I have benefited from the Changes oraganisation over the past year. I am now currently on the Executive Committee of Changes Shropshire and training to be a co-ordinator. It's been great fun and I look forward to a great future for Changes Shropshire.

I began attending weekly Changes meetings in May 2006. One year later Changes has become a focal point in my week providing help, support and understanding in a non-judgemental atmosphere.
