The Chanctonbury Ring

Chanctonbury Ring was purchased from Ainderby Steeple back in 2004. It was transported down to Washington West Sussex and was first erected in the loft on a 4 tier frame.

After a year up in the loft a purpose built tower was built and the bells were moved out to their new home which is where they are today.

They were renamed "The Chanctonbury Ring" because just outside of Washington there is a famous circle of trees on top of the South Downs called Chanctonbury Ring.
