Personal History:

Lily was born and raised by her father, Red, and her mother T’Queth-a Vulcan. Lily did not inherit her mother’s calm demeanor, but rather her father’s quick temper. However, she did inherit her mother’s lovely pointed ears. She does use logic sometimes and can respond dispassionately when she wants to. Lily never wanted to go into Star Fleet, had never even thought of the possibility, until one day, on the return trip from Vulcan-where she had been visiting her grandparents-to Earth with her grandfather, T’Sak, the passenger liner they were on hit something. Lily and T’Sak were in the lounge at the time and T’Sak, who was on his way to the replicators, was thrown into a bulkhead where he suffered many injuries. Hull breaches everywhere prevented emergency teams from reaching the lounge. Her grandfather died in her arms and she could do nothing but sit there with him. This made her vow to become a doctor so this would not happen to anyone else on her watch.

Professional History:

Lily graduated the Academy and was assigned to an Academy Training Ship, the USS Columbia. She served as a cadet aboard that ship, until she was unexpectedly promoted to a Junior Grade Lieutenant at the end of her first mission and made Chief Medical Officer. She served well in this capacity but only for one mission before she was reassigned to the USS Polaris as a Medical Officer
