Department Heads - 5 days
Junior Officers - 7 days
1st reminder on the 8th day, 2nd reminder on the 12th day, 3rd reminder on the 15th day & removal from the roster!
You can ask to rejoin after that, by writing a mail to the CO, explaining why you couldn't respond to the reminders.
The CO decides about your re-joining. After your second removal after being AWOL you can not rejoin the ship.
