Troupe 5780 is a member of the International Thespian Society.
In addition to performances, the troupe attends a statewide drama festival each year. Last year our troupe received excellent reviews for our one-act play, four students were named to the All-Star cast and our troupe was named Gold Honor Troupe. We won third place in the commercial competition at last year's Thespian Festival.
Since our inception in 1997, we have been chosen as one of 25 schools nationwide to perform in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The Camden Fairview High School Thespian Troupe 5780 presented the musical Narnia December 4th through the 7th. The musical, based on The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobeby C.S. Lewis, under the direction of Garry Hall will be presented in the CFHS Little Theater.
The musical depicts the adventures of four British children who chance upon the enchanted land of Narnia after entering a magical wardrobe. The land is ruled by a witch who has cursed the land with endless winter. The arrival of the children signals the return of the lion, Aslan, the true king of Narnia. A battle between good and evil ensues. Along the way the children meet magical and unforgettable animals and characters. The story is part of a seven-book Biblical allegory called the Chronicles of Narnia.
