All participants who do not catch any fish but show up to the weigh in earn a minimum of ten (10) points per event.
All members who pay an entry fee, will receive a minimum of 10 points whether they weigh in fish or not. Points are only awarded to members who show up to the event and pay their entry fee. Members will not receive 10 points for paying entry fees to events they did not participate in to gain entry to the Classic, they simply are paying the amount of entry fees required to meet the minimum requirements of the club.

(Clarification: This rule was modified in 2011, but was not updated on the site. All participants receive points when paying an entry fee. This was done to mimimize confusion as it was nearly impossible to track whether members weighed in zero fish, or didn't show up on a consistent basis. When voting on the points change just this month (Feb/12), it was clear that all members receive a minimum of 10 points.)

Champions Provision: Any member who has won a PBA AOY, or Classic Championship will automatically be granted a spot in the Year End Classic, provided they have met the minimum tournament requirements to qualify.

Protest:

All protest of the finishing results must be presented prior to the issuing of the winnings at each event.  In order to claim a protest you must address the Tournament Director with the specifics of the complaint which will then be discussed by the Board of Directors, who will then advise the club of their final decision.
