The Central Florida DX Association, an ARRL-affiliated club, was founded in 1976 to organize radio amateurs in the Central Florida area who have a mutual interest in DX chasing and contest operating. CFDXA's goals are to further the exchange of information and cooperation between members, to promote radio knowledge, fraternalism and individual operating efficiency, and to so conduct club programs and activities as to advance the general interest and welfare of amateur radio in the community.
