Central Wargaming welcomes you to our website and here is a picture of myself, Stephen (on the right in the red rugby shirt the founder of Central Wargaming) amd my colleague Dave at the Albanich Wargames show in Dumfries in 2008. On Monday, June 1st 2009 Games Workshop are changing its trading terms and conditions and also prices. Unfortunately this means that as an online webstore we are having to cease trading in the majority of NEW Games Workshop stock (with the exception of rulebooks, codex's, army books and any other 'book' types on which we do not have to pay VAT), but will instead after this date offer second hand stuff, armies etc at great prices as well as the any books from GW at normal 20% off. If we can get a hold of any new plastic and metal stock at bargain prices from alternative sources we will endeavour to procure them as we promote ourselves as being a discount wargames store and we cannot after June 1st offer anywhere near the same discount we have been offering so we have taken the difficult decision to cease ordering any new GW stock after this date. Once our list of items we have in stock is gone we will not be ordering in anymore to replace it so when its gone its gone. Thus is anyone wants to take advantage of the current prices and deals please send your orders in no later than Friday 29th May by 10am as we will then be placing our last ever order direct from GW after this time. We wish to thank everyone for their trade in NEW GW stock in the past and we will continue to offer the very best deal we can on the new second hand range when we have stock. As we are not stuck to a shop we can supply direct to clubs D6 dice, Figures (in 28mm, 20mm and 15mm scales depending on the chosen period), including Games Workshop (with a guaranteed 10-25% off RRP), Sci Fi, Historical and Fantasy. We also offer Scenery (commercial like TIMECAST and homemade) and everything in between. We also stock many other items like Italeri diecast planes, model tanks both made and unmade, plastic soldiers painted and unpainted and if we don't have it we will try and get it for you. We also hold an account with Creative Models so anything you see there that is in stock we can order for you with a guaranteed discount (just let us know what you are after and we will let you know how much it will cost). We specialise in second hand figures and are always on the look out to buy more if you were wanting to sell. We offer excellant value for money and as well as visiting clubs throughout Scotland we can post to anywhere within the UK (please use the shopping cart button found after each product on the website to order items) and arrange local pick up with prior agreement. We also attend major wargaming shows within Scotland and the UK and a list can be found at the bottom of the page of the events we will be attending each year. We accept UK Sterling cheque, postal order or cash [cash on delivery/cash on collection]-(please make cheque/postal order out to Stephen Chang-Leng). We will wait until cheque clears before posting any orders (usually between 5-7 working days in most UK banking establishments). Our postage rates and values are found below and prices shown do not include the postage  unless otherwise stated. Alternatively we can arrange for delivery or pickup from Glasgow and surrounds through prior agreement and at any of the shows/clubs we will be attending. PLEASE NOTE AT ANY OF THE WARGAMES SHOWS/CLUB DATES WE WILL BE ATTENDING WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT CASH (Unless goods have been paid for prior to our attendance at the show).

United Kingdom: Standard Delivery Charge for orders under £75 in value will be £7.50 using Royal Mail delivery. Orders over £75 in value will be posted Free of charge. Please allow 28 days for payment to clear, posting and delivery.

European and ROTW Standard Delivery: Please contact us before ordering to discuss postage rates and methods to Europe and the rest of the world.

We attend a variety of clubs and wargames shows throughout the year and also the monthly Falkirk Swapmeet at Graeme's Highschool, Falkirk. Details of these dates can be found below in our calander of wargames shows/events.
