If you have received the latest newsletter by email, you will also have received the new Competition Entry Form for 2008. This was designed to help with the planning and processing of competition entries. You will need to keep a copy of your completed form for your records. The form can be amended if you qualify to compete at another grade, or decide to compete in the Validation rather than G2, etc. Don't worry if things change, but make sure you notify Lynn Porter (Competitions Secretary). If you have not received one by email you can download a form here. You will need Excel to open the form and you can edit it. If you do not have Excel you can download a viewer from Microsoft. See the links page. You will not be able to edit the form though.
It would be appreciated if all competitors could advise their coach as soon as possible what competitions they will be entering in 2008. Please note that Lynn MUST be informed at least 2 weeks prior to the closing date if you wish to compete. If you do not you may find yourself unable to compete even if you want to!
Entry fees for Midlands Qualifiers remain @ £7/discipline for 2008. Entry fees for Grades 1/2 Gala events are: £10/discipline; £15/disipline at Nationals. Synchro is £10 each or £20 per pair, £15 each or £30 per pair at Nationals.

There are some changes to the scores and instead of retaining scores for Grades 1, 2 and seniors there are qualification scores to move to FIG A, FIG B and National C in 2009.
