For the paddlers who want to increase their fitness we are doing an extra session at 7.00am

Training starts at 7.30am for on the water at 8.00am. Every Sunday morning.

 For practice you will need a hat, light clothing, shoes and sunscreen,

and a change of clothes in case you get wet.

Wednesday night training is now on during the Daylight savings months.

5.30pm for 6.00pm on the water.

Membership is up to 49 Full Members and approximately 15 casual Paddlers

We have members from as far away as Umina and Lake MacQuarie.

Come on down and check us out on a Sunday Morning or if you want a serious workout come

out on a Wednesday afternoon during Daylight saving
