Where It All Began! Our World Of The Beautiful Appaloosa Horse!!

Our love of the beautiful Appaloosa began in January 1979 and has continued to this day and always will.

It all began for us when we purchased a striking looking colt by the stunning stallion "Moolah's Robin" (IMP) out of the lovely big Thoroughbred race winning mare" Wallacia Girl". This colt was "HEZA MOOLAH", chestnut with a blanket, four white stockings and a blaze. That was in 1980 and the sprint racing was in full swing then, Quarter horses, Appaloosas and Paints turned up the turf on racetracks everywhere! Our goal was to put an Appaloosa on the racetrack. Pippa was race trained and run a barrier trial in Ingham in June 1985, how wonderful it was to see that flash of colour going around the track!

Heza Moolah (aka Pippa) sired many beautiful foals for us, we have retained 3 of his daughters to our broodmare band. In May 1999 we moved and Pippa suffered laminitis brought on by stress from the move. He gallantly fought this painful and debiliating condition and with thanks to our wonderful farrier, Terry Cant, Pippa was with us another 4 years. He enjoyed life again.

Sadly for us, on August 23rd, 2003 with his health failing, Pippa was put down. He was 24 years old and we will always remember him, as our first Appaloosa.

The great "Moolah's Robin" (IMP) Sire of Heza Moolah

Foaled 14th January, 1972

This beautiful Appaloosa stallion achieved 26 1sts & 2nds @ Halter

4 Grand Championships, 4 Reserve Championships, and was West Coast National Champion 2yr old in the USA before being imported into Australia.

Moolah's Robin raced for 2 seasons in Australia and proved himself to be one of the fastest Appaloosas in Australia! Four "Moolah" horses in the USA held 11 World Records between them in 1979!

This great stallion's bloodlines go back to the great Thoroughbreds Blenheim II and Man O' War and the great Appaloosa Top Hat H.

Foaled 2nd October, 2005

Sire: Doc Dee Maverick AQHA

Dam: Smokin Badger Sugarette AQHA

What a beautifully bred filly!!!! Bloodlines of great horses - Doc's Gay Widower, Doc's Hillbilly (IMP), Doc Denius (IMP), Smokin Doctor by Mr Gunsmoke, Fighting Fox & Flappers Breeze!!!

Bree is a sweet filly, beautiful temperament.

We wish to thank Doug & Tracey Goebel, Weona Park Quarter Horse & Paint Stud, for the opportunity to own this sweet girl.

What a gorgeous girl!!!

We use and endorse Pryde's Easifeed as our preferred feed. We use Biomare Cubes and our horses love them! They keep our mares in top condition while they have their foals on them, and they are great for weanlings and yearlings as well as a good feed for horses in the paddock.

We like them because they are in safe chunks where if dropped they are easily picked up without the dirt!!

We could not recommend a better feed for your horses!

Thank you Pryde's.
