Hi your website is very helpful I have been looking for a flemish giant for some time now but no one has any babies available in the winter. Its really sad but in the mean time I have been researching flemishes because I have only had netherland dwarfs and im really not a fan of the breed. I am looking for a giant now I just love the flemish breed they are beautiful!

Hi,
I raise Lionheads, and my husband is looking to get into Flemish. We have one doe now that is fawn, and would like to add another doe and maybe a buck. I was wondering if you would have anything available at the September shows in Weyauwega, if so what kind of prices are you asking? You can check out my website at www.freewebs.com/emeraldacresrabbits my email is tricia49841@yahoo.com

Very nice and helpful web page. I just got into Flemish Giants with 4 diferent breeding pairs. All of them are older and I will be looking for a new buck to breed back the offspring. I have the following variities, blue, grey, steel and white, I would also like to find a pair, or an older bred sandy doe. My folks live up in Bonduel, so I do come back home from Iowa to visit. Maybe you can put me on a list for when you get something that you think might work for me, What kind of price do you get for your buns? or maybe an older bred doe? Thanks, Mark

Check back in a couple of months as I have a few litters due soon and may have something available.

Very nice website, and lovely rabbits. Thanks for the information about fur mites. Since I am in California, I used flea powder safe for kittens, and it worked well. The problem in this state is mosquitoes: had a Myxomatosis plague that killed about 2/3 of my French Lops. I put up a mister that sprays insecticide every 15 minutes (the kind that is safe around food preparation areas) and it worked. Hard way to learn!
I heard elsewhere that Flemish does sometimes don't provide much milk for their kits, and so many breeders have French Lops to 'farm out' the kits. Is this true?
Look forward to your website having more information about the day to day work of raising Flemish. I used wire cages with straw and solid boards that I placed in the cages. It worked well and I scrubbed the boards with soap&water with a Nolvasan rinse after....no problems at all with sore hocks!
Thank you for the nice website, and look forward to seeing more buns for sale. Will you be at the National in California in November?

I was wondering about some of your Hollands and how much they are as well as some of your flemish giants.
I raise Holland Lops and my friend raises Flemish giants.
