NOTICE
Past President Robert Whiteford of Bellwood is currently recouperating at home following open heart sugery on Monday May 4, 2009.
To all Bucky's Friends: He underwent emergency surgery on Saturday He was diagnosed with a massive blood inflection concentrated around his two artifical knees. The Doctors spent 6 hours removing the knees and put in temperary connectors so that he can bend his legs and move to a wheelchair. He will then undego 4-6 weeks of antibiotic
treatment to rid his system of the infection. He is currently at UMPC Shadyside, 5230 Centre Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa. 15232 in Room 561. It is unknown how long he will remain in Pittsburgh and then transfered to Johnstown. Send him a card and keep him in your prayers. It looks like he will be missing the various conventions this summer and fall.
