ON-SITE PERFORMANCE REVIEW
A monthly inspection is carried out of every site by our Area Manager, to make sure customer requirements are being met and quality levels are adhered to This is followed up with a client meeting to review our performance.
In addition clients are regularly invited to fill out questionnaires, regarding
C D F Cleaning Services standards of service, on-site management and administrative performance.This information is collated, carefully studied and passed on to the site operatives, keeping them fully informed and motivated
