the DELTA-MS waterproofing wrap. DELTA-MS forms a casing around the basement and provides two lines of defense – the impermeable, dimpled plastic, waterproof sheet and the drainage system it creates. In the event that water passes the first line of defense, it can flow freely down the air gap to the footer drain. Unlike a coating, the membrane bridges large cracks, seals off damage points and deflects water and soil dampness.

DELTA-MS is a complete protection system for foundation walls in any type of construction. When used on the exterior of poured concrete, concrete block or preserved wood foundation (PWF), the air gap formed keeps the basement dry. It allows construction moisture and water vapor from indoors to condense, flow down to the perimeter and be drained away from the building. It keeps ground moisture away from the foundation reducing interior dampness and musty odors. And it continues to function despite any future foundation shifting or cracking. DELTA-MS is also compatible with Insulated Concrete Form Systems.
